Special Containment Procedures: SCP-6035 is to be contained in a 10 m x 10 m x 3 m cell constructed of silver (Ag) positioned approx. ██ m below sea level and is to be held there at all times unless cleared for an experiment or interview. SCP-6035 is to be closely monitored 24/7 especially during instances of full moons. All security personnel guarding SCP-6035 must be equipped with silver bullets and mistletoe (Viscum album) as these two items tend to have a weakening effect on the entity (Note: these items have no discernible long term or compound effect on the entity, they only serve as a way to slow down SCP-6035 in the event of a transformation or containment breach). All experiments and interviews with SCP-6035 are to cleared by Dr.██████ and monitored by a minimum of 3 guards. During transportation and interviews SCP-6035 is also to be equipped with, and secured to SCP-6035-A to further prevent a possible breach. Any and all persons injured by SCP-6035 are to be ██████ effective immediately, those injured are to be documented as SCP-6035-2. In the event of a containment breach ████████ ██ ██ ██████ ██████████ ████ to prevent the entity from escaping Site-██. As of now there is no known way to "kill" SCP-6035 so all lethal actions against it are purely to slow it down.

SCP-6035, also known as "Wolfman" or as it prefers "Wes", is a humanoid male of Mediterranean origin with lycanthropic abilities similar to that of the ancient Greek myths of 'werewolves'. Similar to pop culture's iteration of the 'werewolf', SCP-6035 has the capability to transform from its human form to a humanoid wolf hybrid, is weakened (not killed) by silver and mistletoe, transforms without control during a full moon, and looses all sense of rationality when transformed. However, SCP-6035 has 2 separate transformations that it undergoes, the criteria for these cause of these transformations are still unknown as SCP-6035 has been documented to sometimes transform erratically, see Incident Report-001 for more details.
During the first type of transformation, referred to as SCP-6035-Alpha is the entity's more common form that it takes. While is in this form, SCP-6035 takes on the following features: increase in height to 213 cm, weight to ███, a substantial growth of hair that covers the entire body, an elongated face into the shape of a canine snout, a sprinting speed of ██ mph, and a lift strength of ███. It's overall appearance can be compared to the modern interpretation of the werewolf. When testing the hair in this form it was found that the hair's DNA matched up with that of the entity's regular DNA, which is █████, no actual strands of canine DNA were found, as was previously hypothesized. The actual transformation from it's human form to it's Alpha form can be found in detail in document Alpha.
The second transformation is significantly different, this form is referred to as SCP-6035-████. While in this form several things should be noted about the entity that contradict the findings found when studying the form SCP-6035-Alpha. The first noticeable difference between Alpha and ████ is that ████'s 'werewolf' form looks much different. ████ is considerably thinner, taller, and it's hair is patchy with exposed skin and crusty scab like growths giving the creature physical characteristics to Sarcoptic mange, more commonly known as "canine scabies". However, after collecting samples of the exposed skin and scab tissue no characteristic signs of Sarcoptic mange were found. The collection of more samples is at the moment prohibited on orders of Dr.██████ due to ████'s hostile and rabid nature that led to the death of ██ Foundation personnel. On the topic of SCP-6035's behavior while in this form, it has been noted that this form is to be considered highly dangerous as we do not fully understand the full extent of its capabilities. As for SCP-6035's human form. As it currently stands it poses no real threat and appears to be a typical human. However, two things to note is that while it speaks English it also speaks an unknown language we have yet to successfully interpret and that, despite turning into a mindless monster, it seems to have a heightened intellect. We have observed it carefully studying it's cell and various personnel during transport, experiments, and interviews. And that in the first month here it learned to speak English, Russian, and French without any teaching.

Addendum 6035.1: Discovery
SCP-6035 was discovered in an abandoned mansion outside of modern day Ukraine near █████ on April 5, 2019, 16:32. It was found by a pair of abandoned site vloggers during their exploration of the mansion. During which they heard sounds coming from the basement and when investigating found the human body of SCP-6035 chained down in the center of the room in the middle of a ritualistic pentagram. After calling the authorities the two boys were found by them an hour later dead and torn open by a now free SCP-6035 having transformed into SCP-6035-████. The Foundation caught word of this and dispatched ███████ to investigate and secure the anomaly. By the time they arrived 15 civilians had expired. They actually capture of SCP-6035 was actually done very easily as it had reverted back into it's human form and was easy for the team to detain and sedate. All survivors of the incident were properly amnesticized.
