Special Containment Procedures: A 1500 meter radius surrounding SCP-XXXX-1 is to be marked with buoys and to be continually observed for civilians by at least 3 teams of 5 members of MTF Epsilon-6 ("Village Idiots") . Should any crossing of SCP-XXXX-1's containment boundaries by unauthorized subjects be discovered, personnel may order such to leave using force of arms. Personnel affected by SCP-XXXX need to be removed from SCP-XXXX-1's boundaries and surroundings as soon as possible.

Description: The effect of SCP-XXXX can manifest itself while one is in the area designated as SCP-XXXX-1, which consists of [REDACTED] Island, Greece and the surrounding area. Once an individual is affected by SCP-XXXX, they experience the sensation of a free fall¹. To others affected subjects appear petrified and unable to move.
SCP-XXXX-F hasn't proven to be dangerous, however, if exposed to SCP-XXXX-F for too long, individuals have observed themselves approaching the ground, which, if not removed from SCP-XXXX-1 in time, will result in their death by impact.

MTFC-∊6: Browning, report! What's going on there?

MTF-∊6-6: I— I have no idea. Ries just suddenly froze and started screaming!

MTF-∊6-5: I think I found the anomaly. It doesn't let me move!

MTFC-∊6: Can you see anything, Browning?

MTF-∊6-6: No, Sir! Ries is literally just standing in front of me.

Notes: Interviews with MTF-∊6-6 show that MTF-∊6-5 collapsed a few seconds later. According to her, MTF-∊6-5's whole body [REDACTED]. For more information see "Interview Log MTF-∊6-6".

MTF-∊6-2 was escorted from SCP-XXXX-1. As soon as MTF Epsilon-6 was about 1000 meters away from SCP-XXXX-1, MTF-∊6-2 recovered from SCP-XXXX's effect.

No other members of MTF Epsilon-6 were affected by SCP-XXXX during this operation.
