Special containment procedures:
Subject-054 is to be stored secluded from any other anomalous entities at Area-██. Subject-054 should be stored at a minimum security building, foundation personnel must be stationed around the complex on hand or on duty. Subject-054’s room should be at least 10x10 cubic meters in volume, preferably no more. any doors must be locked from the inside using 5 specially designed foundation locks designed and approved for use by ██████ █████ head of the ███████ ██ █████████.
no more than 5 locks should be on any given door
All vents in subjects-054’s containment must be directly connected directly to an external source of a breathable air mixture that cannot be tampered with in anyway. no ballistic weapons or explosives of any kind are allowed within there effective ranges when in relation to 054 and must never enter its cell, this includes any form of nuclear devise. the walls of 054’s holding cell must be made out of a polymer that does not allow permanent markings to be etched or painted into its surface. 054 despite being a humanoid entity requires only a few books for entertainment, replaced every 5-7 days. 054 is to be fed every few weeks and must be given water every couple of days with ready access to waste disposal which, again, SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO BE TAMPERED WITH IN ANY WAY.
In the event that Subject-054 is to break from containment all foundation members in the main underground facility should evacuate the facility immediately. all MTF stationed directly outside in the defensive parameter around the complex will be dispatched to the immediate area. unarmed mtf should escort subject-054 from a distance of 5-10 meters away from the entity until it has exited the facility. Once subject-054 is out of the facility it should be under constant surveillance by multiple drones stored on site or else where incase 054 gets to far out of the range of the on-site drones. any unarmed foundation satellites in the area around subject-054’s position must redirect themselves to monitor subject 054 unless there current objective is deemed more vital to the foundation. Subject-054’s position is to be maintained at all cost, if the entities position is lost at any time it is even more vital for its position to be re-acquire as soon as possible. Any and all abnormal behaviors of subject-054 should be reported to 05 council immediately. Head advisers will be responsible for the retrieval of subject-054 after the root cause of the breach is located and the entities mission is carried out.
Description:
Subject-054 is a Caucasian male age between 30-40, found on August ██, in the upper section of Site-██ which was temporarily turned into a storing site to which Subject-054 was the only survivor following the [INFORMATION DATA EXPUNGED]. Subject-054’s reflexes are only bound to what is possible by what a human body can physically achieve, however it’s reaction time does not fall under this rule and is infinite. Regardless of 054’s limitations it has been theorized that the entity is strategically invincible. It is unknown if subject-054 could die from any given substances, but the means of testing this are not only harmful to the foundation but is also theorized to be impossible, with no successful test so far.
All testing on subject-054 has currently ceased as of ██/██/██ by 05 command
Subject-054 while not known to be dangerous, if threatened with death or the potential of death subject-054 has the capacity to act with the ability it needs to circumvent its death, it will be consciously aware of the ensuing events of the fallowing amount of time needed to circumvent its death. tests vary on the reaction time of 054 but it has been shown always to be enough to prevent the entity from death. Subject-054 does not appear to age but does carry out other human bodily functions normally. 054 has vocal cords and would have the ability to speak if willing but not a single reported case of 054 making a verbal communication of any kinda has been recorded so far.
subject-054 in a few rare cases has had a major sporadic outburst in which it will be successful in leaving its containment, these are normally traced back to a root cause stemming from threats that have threatened its existence in some way. the foundation is working to protect subject-054 as best it can so if the entity does break containment they can conclude it’s likely because of an accident or a threat that is outside of foundation control, as a result reported cases of 054 breaking containment are all immediately reported to 05 and the logs have been thoroughly documented.
