Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a standard humanoid cell on floor 23 of site 88. The cell must be equipped with soundproof walls and a soundproof 25 cm thick glass, equipped with a distortion microphone, in the middle to separate research personnel from SCP-XXXX. After incident XXXX-A, maintenance to microphone equipment must be done periodically to prevent another outbreak.
In case of an outbreak all recovery personnel must wear soundproof headphones and Halothane anesthetic gas must be released on SCP-XXXX’s cell and instances of SCP-XXXX-2 must be administered Diazepam sedatives. After all instances of SCP-XXXX-2 have been sedated, they must be brought to the medical room and receive psychological treatment and SCP-XXXX original host must be brought back to its containment cell.
Description: SCP-XXXX it's a cognito hazard that propagates through sound, it seems to be that just hearing the voice of SCP-XXXX’s host is enough to fall under its control. Although tests have shown that distortion microphones seem to nullify the reach of its capabilities. This discovery led us to the knowledge that SCP-XXXX propagates in a certain frequency and can be nullified by distorting it.
Subjects under SCP-XXXX's influence, designated SCP-XXXX-2, will lose all control of their body and be replaced with the consciousness of SCP-XXXX. New subjects under the effects of SCP-XXXX can propagate its effects and there is no known limit on how many people can be under its control.
SCP-XXXX can still propagate even though its original host has been sedated and right now the only way to cure instances of SCP-XXXX-2 is to sedate all subjects under the influence of SCP-XXXX including its original host.
SCP-XXXX's original host, seems to be a 43 years old hispanic man, it heights 1.84 meters tall and weighs around 75 kilograms. It seems that due to the long exposure to SCP-XXXX, the original host has lost most of its brain activity and now works as a vessel for SCP-XXXX.
SCP-XXXX claimed to be some kind of "pastor", and the only thing that it wants is for the world to be in peace. It has also claimed that subjects affected by itself don't suffer from pain or any other psychological discomfort. SCP-XXXX claims that all subjects affected by it enter in a state of peace.
Tests over subjects under the effects of SCP-XXXX have shown that cellular activity is slowed down, so aging happens at a slower pace. Also subjects under its effect seem to lose the necessity for eating.
