Special Containment Procedure
Currently there is no physical way to contain SCP-3648 due to it being able to walk
through solid material. Not interacting with SCP-3648 is enough to contain it.
Description
SCP-3648 is a sentient being, although not easily distinguishable its mainly referred to as "Smoke".
SCP-3648 usually teleports to nearby humans when it so desires, it will then morph into the victim's
most deepest fear. Although it is possible for the subject to interact with SCP-3648, it is not recommended for prolonged exposure will cause the subject to expire with unknown means.
Test performed on the bodys shows that the internal organs have been completely remove.
Testing on SCP-3648 requires authorization from 2 level 3 researchers.

"What the fuck is this?" D-class proceeds slowly down the hallway
SCP-3648 approaches D-class at 2:16m described as a bloody doll
"What was that!" D-class then proceeded to follow the doll
A scream was heard coming from the end of the corridor
