INCIDENT:
On new years day 1999 Dr.Portica broke into SCP-5127's containment area, attempting to converse with the SCP after hearing of its [DATA EXPONGED]. Dr.Portica during the discussion broke SCP-5127's emersion after breaking the lie the foundation set up that this was a farm. SCP-5127 then went into its distressed phase as Dr.Portica panicked running out of the containment area. SCP-5127 after around 3 mins of running around in a panic crying out started mooing uncontrollably. 2 Security guards standing outside the door guarding the entrance fell to the ground in pain screaming into the radio "WILDFIRE IS THE FARM" before falling into the coma state and transforming into variants of SCP-5127.
SCP-5127 used incredible strength to break down the steel door to its containment cell constantly mooing effecting 100s of Security and Scientific personel, in the sector. There was no procedure for a breach like this and code red was called and all security personel were to block the exits to the sector.
the swarm of SCP-5127s broke there the reinforced steel doors with ease crushing 47 security personel as they fell to the floor.
SCP-5127 and the variants ran threw the facility mooing turning around 4,580 personel into SCP-5127 variants.
Around this time MTF units had arrived at the facility armed with flamethrowers and specialized ear plugs to stop all noise. As MTF units entered the facility SCP-5127 variants acted extremely hostile although flamethrowers proved effective due to the sheer number of entities many losses were sustained. It would take 3 weeks for containment to be secured fully prompting several more containment breaches in the sector. In total 109 MTF personel were KIA with many more wounded.

The TV plays a security tape of Dr. Portica hitting Dr. Henrys with a stolen weapon knocking him into a unconscious state

Dr. Portica looks down at the desk

Aftermath of Incident
SCP-5127's containment procedures were changed to only D-class personel allowed in with Level-4 approval for each test.
A permanent MTF unit was created to contain these breaches.
Dr.Portica was fired and turned into D class personel.
An argument over reclassification of SCP-5127 was created after the incident with many arguing it should be keter. The O5 council has refused every attempt at reclassification and testing has slowed down dramatically.
