Special Containment Procedures::
SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a maximum security containment cell with walls at least 30cm of reinforced concrete and monitored by a minimum of three moderately armed guards. SCP-XXXX should not be supplied with food of any sort no matter the circumstances. Should SCP-XXXX somehow obtain food SCP-XXXXs cell should be monitored by a minimum fifteen heavily armed guards in case of an containment breach. Should a breach occur lethal force is authorized.
Description:
SCP-XXXX appears to be a standard human male 1.8 meters tall undergoing the effects of advanced malnutrition. SCP-XXXX is pale verging on albinoism, his fingers are abnormally large and end in pointed tips. He attempts to convince nearby people to give him food usually by begging and crying. When supplied with food SCP-XXXX enters into a fit of rage usually killing any living thing in sight and consumes the corpse(s) and any other edible material within range utilising biting tearing and clawing, SCP-XXXXs rage continues until he's deprived of food for nine to twelve hours. SCP-XXXX attempts to resist eating food when lucid but sometimes gives in.Despite SCP-XXXXs malnutrition he possesses extreme strength capable of biting straight through Kevlar. SCP-XXXX appears to actually be suffering extreme pain from his malnutrition and shows remorse after his fits of rage for those he kills. The foundation have attempted to "cure" him but so far no real progress has been made and only a few theories have been swapped ranging from "SCP-049s pestilence" to "a unique strain of SCP-610".
Addendum XXXX.1: Discovery
SCP-XXXX was discovered after a massacre in a town with only SCP-XXXX surviving. SCP-XXXX was consuming the bodies and had to be restrained by forty armed foundation personnel and a total of ten where killed by SCP-XXXX. It is presumed a civilian pitied SCP-XXXX and supplied him with a foodstuff which instigated his rage.
After ten hours SCP-XXXX became lucid and a interview was conducted.

Dr Raymond: Great. Are you aware of what you did roughly ten hours ago?
SCP-XXXX: (pauses) I remember I was sitting outside a supermarket and a small girl gave me a cookie and… Oh god, oh Jesus no, oh oh what have I done.

Closing statement: SCP-XXXX began to cry uncontrollably and refused to answer any more questions.
Addendum XXXX.2: attempted treatment
After XXXX.IR.1 SCP-XXXX requested to be terminated after this request was denied he requested to be cured or treated this request was granted and many medical tests where performed. After an attempted blood test it was discovered SCP-XXXX had no blood, his liver, heart and intestines appear to be barely functioning this is presumed to be because of his lack of nutrients. A brain biopsy was considered but the risk of accidental death of the subject was deemed to high. SCP-XXXX appears to have nothing wrong with him medically that wasn't caused by malnutrition. The majority of on site doctors treating SCP-XXXX deemed that SCP-XXXXs rage is it's own unique anomaly and not caused by any other anomalous objects or entities and deemed him "untreatable".
Incident report XXXX.IR.1
SCP-XXXX somehow got hold of some form of food it is still unknown what the food was or how he got it. SCP-XXXX ripped the door of his cell off and decapitated a foundation guard. There was only twelve survivors left on the site, they hid in the armory. SCP-XXXX was found in a cell of a D-class eating a corpse. Instead of a direct confrontation the foundation operatives tasked with containing SCP-XXXX decided to wait until he became lucid by sealing the entire area off and simply waiting in a control room that they crudely reinforced using furniture and then proceeded to monitor SCP-XXXX noting that he "ate every part of the corpse leaving nothing left". Once SCP-XXXX ran out of corpses to consume it took eleven hours to become lucid and vomited frequently and had to be hauled away for transport by the operatives due to SCP-XXXXs lack of cooperation.
