Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be imprisoned in a glass cell away from human contact. The cell is to be placed in the centre of a 12 x 12 meter room with one door exiting outside to site █. Security personnel with level 4 clearance are to be dedicated to SCP-XXXX.

Entering the area containing SCP-XXXX is to be done only in the most extreme of circumstance and permitted by 05-█. Prior to entering, all personnel are to be given headphones through which deafening music will be played as to prevent SCP-XXXX from communicating with Foundation members. If at any point these headphones fail, or communication by SCP-XXXX is made, COMPROMISE protocol is to be followed. This results in any D-class personnel who have been compromised having explosive collars detonated. Any other personnel who have suspected of being compromised below Level 5 clearance are to be terminated as to protect the Foundation. Level 5 personnel are to immediately be suspended from the Foundation and undergo examinations as to establish both their loyalty to the foundation and mental state.

Following [RESTRICTED TO 05 MEMBERS] an additional team of Tactical Response Officers are to be dedicated to SCP-XXXX. This team is to be based in an undisclosed location away from SCP-XXXX. The Tactical Response team will monitor personnel at site █ to initiate COMPROMISE protocol if required. Security personnel at site █ are to remain unaware of the additional security personnel.

The 05 council have established that where the Tactical Response Officers have witnessed mass cases of personnel at site █ being compromised, authority is given to enter site █ with lethal force to take back control of site █ and prevent [REDACTED]

All records of tests, examinations, physiological examinations, conversations, meetings or any other documents relating to SCP-XXXX are to be redacted by order of the 05 Council and restricted to Council members following events on ██/██/20██ .
