Special Containment Procedures: SCP XXXX is to be contained in a 100 x 100 x 100 x 100 meter cube. The cube is to be marked with multiple signs stating that it is an "electricity generator" and that all attempts to interact with it will cause death. The door is to be locked at all times and only available to those who are Level 3 and higher. (note: it is permitted for anyone below level 3 to go inside, just only with the supervision of someone level 3 or higher.) It is forbidden for any agents to move anything on the facade of SCP XXXX as it will result in the "real" version of that object being moved as well. SCP XXXX is to be examined weekly for any abnormalities.
Description: SCP XXXX is a miniature village located in █████████████, Pennsylvania. It contains an exact scale replica of the town itself (92:1 scale). SCP XXXX emulates everything that happens in the town in real time. The bottom side of SCP XXXX is made up of gears that would seem to power the village but don't move unless prompted by outside forces. Even then, it does not affect the town above it. Tests show that material taken from the miniature town matches the materials in the same place on the corresponding town including organic and human matter (see: addendum) From the "real-life" version of █████████████ objects from human influence are not visible, however, if they result in any collision or interference with objects in SCP XXXX the damage will be visible. Outside forces interfering with objects from SCP XXXX will result in that same interference in █████████████. However, the object interfering with it will not be seen. The foundation has had to use amnestics on civilians once. The foundation will occasionally use minor interference for experimenting purposes. In these small cases, amnestics do not have to be used. However, because of this, the town has gained a reputation for being haunted. So far, no one has openly made any connection between the building that SCP XXXX is in, and the prospect for the town being haunted. The miniature town itself is made up of 415 man-made structures, 5,410 trees, and a varying amount of people. (The number of permanent residents is the same as the population of █████████████, ██,███.)
Addendum: On May 14th, 2015, in a weekly examination, Dr. ████ found the miniature version of Sir █. █████ dead in his house, ███ Academy Lane. With permission from the Site's director, he used tweezers to break the window of his house, and pull him through. Dr. ████ then tore open his chest cavity to see if the insides were made of organic material. Extensive lab testing later reported back that the figurine's organs were miniature versions of real-life organs. The police were called by a civilian who heard breaking glass and went outside to investigate. The police arrived and determined that it was a murder. They never found the culprit because of very little evidence.
