+ Procedure XXXX-Clearance-5.0 

Procedure XXXX-Clearance-5.0 is only to be used in a containment breach concerning XXXX and must not be used under any circumstances for research purposes.

Procedure XXXX-Clearance-5.0: Procedure XXXX-Clearance-5.0 is the second generation of the containment procedures for SCP-XXXX after incident ██-█████-XXXX. The procedure is to be carried out in sector █ in site-██. A Class-D personal is to be shown SCP-XXXX-2-3 and all personal are to be evacuated from the room and surrounding labs for 6 days minimum, the head scientist based on SCP-XXXX will have strategic oversight for when the entry teams my enter the building. Entry teams from MTF unit Epsilon-11 should proceed in to the laboratory, preferably using scramblers and clear the labs if SCP-XXXX is still inside the labs the teams may be given permission to neutralise SCP-XXXX by the head scientist on the ground. After this, if SCP-XXXX has not been neutralised, the labs must be left empty for 3 additional days before research can continue also the removal of SCP-XXXX-2-5 must be undertaken by an unmanned drone with automated scramblers with a time delay in broadcast to any temporary labs that the team may have to set up. After the procedure has been completed normal research should continue.

+ Procedure 77-KT-XXXX

Procedure 77-KT-XXXX: Procedure 77-KT-XXXX consists of 3 subsections based on the nature of the contact with SCP-XXXX:

-Alpha: Section Alpha should be used if SCP-XXXX is veiwed in a triggered state or if any instances of SCP-XXXX-2 are observed then the observer should move as fast as is possible to an area that has a low or no population to minimise casualties should an event happen. Also, if possible the head scientist on the research team for SCP-XXXX should be contacted to warn the foundation of a possible event.

-Beta: Section Beta should be followed if a non-foundation civilian observes or triggers SCP-XXXX or SCP-XXXX-2. First the civilian should be isolated in a cell with the dimensions of the cell mentioned in the Special Containment Procedures section of this file. They should then be left in the cell, alone, with no video recording equipment present, however audio recordings may be taken. After 48 hours the cell may be opened for MTF units to clear the cell and any other surrounding rooms or structures.

-Gamma (Currently untested): Should SCP-XXXX be seen while he is not triggered any personal should contact the foundation immediately and wait for further instructions. Absolutely no footage should be taken of SCP-XXXX under any circumstances. Be aware that this protocol has not been activated yet so instructions may be vague due to lack of information surrounding the situation.

+ Procedure BBYAP-44-XXXX

Procedure BBYAP-44-XXXX: Do not attempt to contact SCP-XXXX for any reason at all. If you come into contact with SCP-XXXX exit the area and follow all other procedures. Do not research SCP-XXXX without express permission from a level 4 or higher researcher. Any research must be approved by at least 4 level 4 and 1 level 5 foundation personnel.

This is very basic, do not talk to XXXX, do not stick around with XXXX and most importantly don't f*ck with XXXX

+ Incident Report XXXX-a

Casualties: Helen Collins (27), San Collins (8)
Cause of Death: Helen Collins is suspected to have died from is a total cardiac failure due to 3 knife wounds piercing the heart. She also has a further 5 knife wounds on her torso mainly centred around the heart. And a single stab wound piercing the skull and probably the front of the brain however we cannot see how deep the knife is because it is still in her head. I suspect that she triggered the SCP's frenzy due to the violence of her death compared to her son Sam who was killed by a single slice from his left collar bone rising through his throat ending at his right ear exposing the inside of his mouth through his cheek. Final cause of death is a suspected asphyxiation or perhaps from blood loss, the post Morton will probably explain in better detail.
Possibility of Anomalous Interference: It looks as if this is where Officers Smith and Dennis first observed SCP-XXXX-2 and then moved to the station and checked XXXX-2 into evidence, without anyone else seeing it thank god, and then drove to the checkpoint and then the massacre occurred.
