Special Containment Procedures: Each instance of SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a separate 1 meter thick steel containment chamber with an interior dimension of three (3) cubic meters and filled with kerosene 0,0253 meters deep. The containment chamber is to be monitored by at least one d-class personnel carrying a box of matches at all times. If an instance of SCP-XXXX attempts to escape containment the d-class personnel is to light the kerosene and immediately report the incident. Description: SCP-XXXX is an amorphous organism made of an unknown corrosive tar-like substance. It does not appear to be sentient but it does display significant intelligence when seeking out technology that it could use to reproduce. When SCP-XXXX comes into contact with an electrical device SCP-XXXX converts that device into an instance of SCP-XXXX-1, it directs electricity from that device and all other nearby electrical devices to create more SCP-XXXX material through a process that is currently unknown. The only known method of incapacitating SCP-XXXX is by exposing it to temperatures over five-hundred (500) degrees Celsius SCP-XXXX can be permanently killed with heat over 2000 degrees Celsius If SCP-XXXX is deprived of technology for an extended period of time, it will become extremely aggressive, even attacking and killing personnel in its attempts to acquire technology.
