Special Containment Procedures:
Containment procedures follow as subject is contained in a 5x5 meter block cell comprised of 100 layers of various glasses and metals to prevent corrosion of milk. 4131 must be kept contained at all costs to prevent serial murder through milk. If not contained, 4131 is predicted to cause an XK-End Of The World scenario by crashing a giant milk carton into the planet.
Description:
SCP-4131 is a keter class subject with the appearance of a hunched, dark-skinned humanoid organism with a white cloak and black pants. Subject is reported to have killed 80 staff members in 3 days through the means of suffocation with milk. The constant production of 4131's milk is unknown.

Preface: Military is surrounding a certain location where SCP-4131-J is located. Civilians are being evacuated.
Soldier 1: "A1, do you copy?"
A1 is heard drowning in milk and screaming to death.
A2: This is A2. A1 is KIA. I repeat, A1 is KIA and we've been compromised.
A2 moves into target's location. He kicks down the door. A2 describes the location as being drenched in a white, milky substance.
A2: Jesus…
A2 and his squadmates see a mysterious figure in the other corner of the room.
A2: Hands in the air! Identify yourself!
The figure turns around, revealing itself to be the Milkman.
A2: Target located! Engage! Engage!
The soldiers fire, but to no avail. The Milkman uses concealed repulsor blasters that fire a similar milky substance. On one of the soldiers' cameras, blood splatters on the lens before 4131-J smashes it with extreme levels of milk.

SCP-4131-J is an extremely dangerous organism that must be contained at all costs. Failure of containment may very well lead to the true end of the world, and possibly its recreation when the milk settles.
