Special Containment Procedures: All surviving SCP-####, approximately 1127 995 individuals, are to be contained in a standard humanoid containment unit. Each cell should contain an appropriate, and comfortable atmosphere to improve the morale of SCP-####, and to warm relations between the entity and the Foundation. Should Foundation staff in Area-162 find an SCP-#### instance not in Foundation custody, a containment team should be summoned. Containment teams, no less than 4 men, are to use non-lethal means to incapacitate any SCP-#### instance. The monthly search parties for the missing delegation, are to involve at least two security officers. A two-way radio, broadcasting directly to Area-162, is to be included in the search party’s equipment, should the group encounter an SCP-#### instance.

+ Special Containment Procedures prior to Incident ####-01

PoI-3187 is to be given a pre-written speech, and forced to recite it. The speech is to encourage SCP-#### to visit Area-162. The reading is to be recorded, and broadcasted with speakers over the island. Area-162’s containment teams are to be held on standby, until an SCP-#### instance enters the facility and away from outside observation. The instance is to be detained and led to a containment chamber inside Area-162, until a vacant containment cell is available off-site.

Description: SCP-#### is the chosen designation for the anomalous civilization of entities discovered on the island of ██████████. SCP-####’s anomalous properties include an accelerated rate of technological advancements¹. Initially, SCP-####’s technology can be compared to Iron Age advancements during initial contact. However, up until SCP-#### was removed from the island, most of the technology reached the military and scientific advancements of the 1970’s², with the most advanced device being a defensive surface-to-air missile system³.

A second, less apparent anomalous trait of SCP-#### is the fact that the entire civilization has materialized in a span of less than a month. The preliminary thermal image of the island did not showed any heat signatures on the island, despite SCP-#### having a non-anomalous body temperature. Captured instances claim that their civilization began during the time period in between the facility’s evacuation and the return of Foundation personnel.

An SCP-#### instance resembles a humanoid figure. SCP-#### chose to call themselves the “Guild’s Choice” as a title for their society. The societal system of SCP-#### follows a hierarchy, with all decisions made for the civilization would be chosen by higher ranking instances. More notably, this hierarchical aspect of SCP-#### extends to their communication, wherein the only named instances are government and military officials. SCP-####’s political structure centered around a Primus. The Primus takes on a role similar to that of a prime minister; who is then balanced by SCP-####’s version of a Senate.

Discovery: SCP-#### was initially discovered on the remote island of ██████████ in the Pacific, where a Foundation facility, Area-162, was being constructed. During the construction of the facility, an electrical fire occurred in the site and most of the island, resulting with the Foundation evacuating the island. After several days the fire was extinguished, allowing personnel to return to the island to repair the damage caused to the site. However, several humanoid figures were found near the site. Site personnel summoned security, as SCP-#### were evicted from the facility. 2 days later, several instances approached Area-162, inviting several personnel to come with them to establish an official diplomatic channel between the Foundation and SCP-####.

A delegation was sent to negotiate with SCP-####, along with an MTF squad to provide security. The main road used to reach the capital bypassed a small irrigation system used for the nearby farms. However, the irrigation system cannot be seen from the satellite imagery of the island. In a nearby village, several children were seen playing with Foundation equipment, presumably looted from Area-162⁴. Several helmets,stolen from the facility’s armory, were found in the village’s houses and used as decor.

When the Foundation entered the capital, the delegation drafted an agreement with SCP-#### for approximately three days, where on the fourth day, the agreement was signed by PoI-3187, the current serving Primus. However, an armed contingent of SCP-####, which consisted mostly of foot soldiers, entered the building hosting the signing, and captured the delegation and PoI-3187. The MTF unit was overwhelmed by SCP-#### and is presumed dead. This event is now classified as Incident-####-1. Three days later, SCP-#### attacked Area-162. This attack was repelled by site security, however, sustaining heavy casualties. Area-162’s personnel attempted to contact the Foundation, transmitting a repetitive message towards nearby Foundation frequencies⁵.

SCP-#### have breached into Area-162, and has nearly reached the control room. Everyone left is hiding near the armory, while nearly all on-site security is dead or wounded. There are still some of us left fighting. Send help.

A Foundation frigate, SCPS Handover, received the transmission and contacted the Foundation. As the ship’s crew contacted the rest of the Foundation, the ship deployed her strike team as a relief force, and managed to secure the facility’s remaining staff members and repel further attacks. Several bunkers and defensive positions were erected around the facility, as all of Area-162’s staff were mobilized against SCP-####. Once Area-162 was secured, Colonel Esperon began deploying MTF to the island in preparation of Operation Dealmaker, the Foundation operation against SCP-####. Operation Dealmaker planned an aerial bombardment of the island, that has not yet been cleared by MTF. A ground force would then assault the island, and begin to cleanup the remaining entities, and contain captured entities.

Operation Dealmaker begun with Foundation F/A-18 Hornets firebombing the island with incendiary weapons. The responsibility of the cleanup of the island was given to Mobile Task Force Nu-7 “Hammer Down”. See the Operation Dealmaker File for further information into the operation.

OPERATION DEALMAKER IS AUTHORIZED BY THE O5 COUNCIL TO USE THE NECESSARY ACTION IN ORDER TO ENSURE THE MASQUERADE IS UPHELD. THE ETHICS COMMITTEE WILL OVERSEE THE TREATMENT OF CAPTURED ANOMALOUS INSTANCES IN BETWEEN THE INSTANCE’S CAPTURE AND CONTAINMENT.

The primary objective of Operation Dealmaker was to eliminate the SCP-#### resistance against the Foundation. Secondary objectives of the operation were to recover any missing Foundation personnel, and to capture any SCP-#### instances for further research. Mobile Task Force Nu-7 “Hammer Down” was transferred to take part of Dealmaker. The task force’s gunship squadron was deployed to provide close air support for ground forces.

Operation Dealmaker began on 2/██/2019, hereby referred to as Day One. The minimum objective of a Day is to push the frontlines up to a point where the logistics can provide ample support. The following days of the operation will continue with the strategy up until the operation reaches the end on the island. It is expected that the MTF forces would reach the capital within Day Five. A simultaneous ground and amphibious assault on the capital was also planned. It is expected that there will still be remaining pockets of SCP-#### left following the end of the operation. A squad of MTF will be left on the island to clear out the surviving pockets.

Day One of Dealmaker saw MTF decimating SCP-####’s forces. Due to the reliance on short-ranged, handheld weapons, most of the SCP-#### forces could only effectively combat MTF units in hand-to-hand combat. Most of the MTF managed to hold the instances further from 70 meters from their own positions. Approximately 1000+ SCP-#### casualties were documented on Day One. Operation Dealmaker finalized it’s push against SCP-#### at a river.

Audio log ####-07 was recovered from MTF unit Delta-2 on Day Two.

(MTF squad Delta was patrolling the Northern reaches of the island. They were supposed to be replaced, in 30 minutes, by a much larger unit, November-2, who was preparing for Day Two’s push. )

Delta-2: Delta-3, Delta-2, we see movement, but can’t confirm if it’s hostile. It might be wildlife?

Delta-1: Delta-3, Delta-1 copies all. Radioing back to Command. (to Command) Command, this is Delta, movement spotted at Grid 312/215. Can you confirm with—

Command: All units pull back to the river! Say again, pull back. Enemy forces inbound! Reinforcements E.T.A., 5 minutes!

Delta-1: Command, Delta copies. Heading for the bridge.

Delta-2: Delta-1, contacts to the left!

Delta-1: All right, same as before. Cut them down before they get to you. Delta-2 and -3, head to the bridge and set up your MG’s. We’ll cover you. Hurry!

(A contingent of SCP-#### attempt to flank Delta-2. Delta-2 responds with gunfire. )

Delta-2: Delta-1, -3’s holding the left. Say again, -3 is holding the left. Delta-2’s pulling back to the bridge!

Delta-1: To the right. Contacts from the farm!

(SCP-#### is spotted setting up an MG nest in one of the windows. )

Delta-3: We’ve got the farm! You gotta cross the river!

Delta-2: We can’t fallback! They’ve pinned us.

Delta-3: Where the hell did they get guns!

Delta-1: Command, Delta. SCP-#### is wielding firearms. Say again, they’ve got guns.

(Several SCP-####’s armed with bolt-action rifles⁶ fire upon MTF. )

Delta-2: Man down! Say again, we’ve got a man down!

Delta-1: (to Command) Where’s my fucking reinforcements!

Command: Reinforcements are inbound. This shit’s happening with the entire front! You need to buy yourselves some time.

Delta-1: Received! (to Delta-2) Get ready to pull back to the bridge! My squad’s covering!

(Delta-1 suppresses the MG emplacement⁷, allowing for Delta-2 to set up their medium machine gun on the bridge. )

Delta-2: Gun’s up!

(Delta-2 fires into the wooden barn, the calibre from the machine gun penetrating the wood, eliminating the crew.)

Delta-1: We’re moving up! Cover us!

(Delta-2 fires into the tree line, as Delta-1 pushes towards the barn. One troop from Delta-1 was injured, and had to be escorted back to the bridge with another. Delta-1 throws a grenade into the MG nest, damaging weapon and rendering it inoperable. )

Delta-1: The MG in the barn’s destroyed. We’ll pulling back behind the bridge.

Command: Delta, be advised. You’ve got a 20-man team heading to reinforce, as well as a gunship. Transferring you to them.

Whiskey 4-2: Delta-1, this is Whiskey 4-2, we are 200 meters from your position, and ready for fire missions.

Delta-3: We need you to fire at the tree line to the East of the bridge!

Command: Whiskey 4-2, you are cleared to engage. Watch for friendly fire.

Hotel 4-2: Received. Hydra’s inbound.

(Hotel 4-2 fires it’s rocket pods on SCP-####, as Delta retreats from the bridge. )

Command: Delta, Whiskey’s covering you. Link up with November-2 to the South.
Delta-1: Received.

(Delta retreats Southward, while Whiskey 4-2 engages SCP-####. )

Delta-1: Come on. We’re to link up with the assault unit nearby.

Delta-1: I don’t know, but we gotta tell Command to—wait, watch the North, check your fire.

(November-2 rushes past Delta to assume positions. The unit’s captain calls out Delta)

November-2: You guys Delta?

Delta-3: We’re it.

November-2: There’s a truck to the South to take you back to the FOB. We’ll take it from here.

(The remainders of Delta head North to board the truck, as November-2 starts digging in their position to prepare for the counterattack. )

SCP-####’s counterattack on Day Two caused Operation Dealmaker’s assault on the capital to be postponed, due to the sudden threat SCP-#### now posed. The attack on Day Two showed that SCP-#### apparently gained access to firearms and body armor, and fully equipped all of it’s soldiers, despite the fact that SCP-#### held no industries capable of producing firearms or the logistics to fully arm and train it’s army within.

Following Day Two, MTF were cleared to use with more extreme measures if necessary, due to the increasing threat SCP-####’s defenses were to the Foundation. SCP-#### began employing guerrilla tactics against MTF squads, with several villages attacking MTF units, usually resulting in the destruction of the village.

Reconnaissance spotted a significant element of instances inside a salient, the movement appearing to be preparing for an assault to encircle the MTF’s position. Command acted on the intelligence and readied a counter-push. An MTF squad was to clear a village, and then towards a small staging ground that was supplying the intended assault. The squad was to destroy it and to be reinforced by other squads, creating an encirclement against SCP-####. Bravo Squad was the vanguard of the counter-push. A gunship, Spectre-3, was requisitioned to provide support for the squad. Omega squad was to rendezvous with Bravo to complete the encirclement.

Command: Does the village contain only combatants?

Bravo-3: Good effect on target. They’re making a run for it to the North.

(Bravo-4 spots the entities laying down their weapons, deserting them on the ground next to them)

Bravo-2: Bravo Leader, they’re surrendering.

Bravo-L: -2, start digging a hole and put all their guns in it. Then throw a thermite into it. (to Command) We might need a containment team here.

Bravo-4: What the hell?! Bravo Leader, -5 just shot of the SCP’s.

Bravo-5: He didn’t give up his gun.

Bravo-1: Then just fucking take it from him!

Command: Bravo, you’re on a timetable. We need to have the FOB destroyed in a few hours.

Bravo-L: Bravo receives. (to squad) Bravo-4, head to the center of the village, with the prisoners, and wait for the containment team. Everyone else, dig up that hole.

(Bravo regroups in the ruins of the village, while Bravo-4 heads back into the village with the captured entities. )

Bravo-L: Bravo-5, you should have just taken the fucking gun.

Bravo-5: I know. Alright. Every single one of the fuckers dropped their guns, but him—

Bravo-L: Then stick to the rules! We fucking contain these. We don’t kill every single one of them. That’s what the GOC is for!

Bravo-2: We wouldn’t even be deployed here if the GOC was in control. They’d just nuke the place.

Bravo-1: Then just cover it up, saying that it was a test.

Bravo-3: Beats having to fight through this god forsaken jungle.

(Bravo finishes shoveling the hole. )

Bravo-L: Alright. Throw the weapons in there, while I go get a thermite.

(The firearms SCP-#### used are thrown into the hole, where they were destroyed. Bravo begins walking towards the next objective for 5 minutes. )

Spectre-3: Bravo, Omega is currently in a firefight against SCP-####. Command’s telling you that you’re gonna have to double time it now.

Bravo-L: Bravo, copies. (to squad) Double time it, let’s go!

(Bravo reach a small ridge overlooking the FOB. )

Bravo-L: Spectre-3, stay 200 meters from the FOB. Bravo-3, do you see anything in there?

Bravo-3: Seems like most of the SCP’s have gone to ambush Omega. The place just got a skeleton crew.

Bravo-L: Bravo-2, and -1 head to the North of the FOB and stay in the tree line. On my signal, suppress the whole base with your fire.

Bravo-1: We’re moving.

Bravo-L: Bravo-3, stay here and support -1 and -2. Bravo-5, you’re sticking with me. We’re heading down to that observation post.

Bravo-3: Several logies⁹ entering the base.

Bravo-L: Spectre-3, do you see the logies in the North.

Spectre-3: We see them.

Bravo-L: Check him for weapons, then get him to a radio and tell him to recall the other SCP‘s fighting Omega.

Bravo-5: (to the entity) Do you know about your friends fighting our guys to the East? I’m gonna have to have you call your friends, and tell them to come back.

(The captured SCP-#### operates a radio, and contacts the ambush party)

SCP-####: There’s an attack on the base. Forget the ambush and head back here immediately.

SCP-####: (over radio) We’ve got them pinned! This was our last chance!

SCP-####: There’s an attack on the base, now! Head back here!

SCP-####: (over radio) If we fail, make sure you survive the end of it.

SCP-####: (to Bravo-L) It’s done.

Bravo-L: Stay here, and never leave. You leave, your dead. (to Bravo-5) Come on. We’re not done yet.

Bravo-2: Bravo Leader, they’re holed up in that bunker. But Bravo-1’s dead.

Bravo-5: Is there a way around to it? Bravo-3 respond.

Bravo-3: The trench you used to get inside the base is connected to the observation post. It’s lead you to the bunker.

Bravo-L: Bravo-5, get that grenade¹⁰ from that pile. Then follow me in the trench. Bravo-3, get some fire in that bunker. Make sure they don’t look our way.

(Bravo-L and -5 enter the trench, crawling in it towards the bunker. )

(gunshot)

Bravo-L: (grabs the grenade from Bravo-1’s possession. ) Bunker’s gone in five seconds.

(The bunker explodes as fragments of clothing and debris fly out from the slits. Gunfire stops. )

Bravo-2: Check for medical, I think -1’s still breathing.

Bravo-L: Bravo-3, get down here and check the bunker for survivors.

Command: Bravo Actual, be advised, the SCP’s attacking Omega have turned tails. Omega’s requesting to have Spectre-3 tasked to them.

Bravo-L: Command, we’re gonna go dig in here. Send Spectre-3 out to Omega.

Command: Copy, Bravo Actual. (pause) Spectre-3 will now prioritize orders from Omega.

Bravo-L: We might also need a medic. We’re down two men.

Bravo-2: Bravo Leader, I’ve got half a mag left. We’ve run low on ammo.

Bravo-L: Find if the dead got any ammo on them for your rifles. If not, take their rifle, and place your weapons in the bunker. Also, watch your fire to the Northwest, anybody who comes out from there could be Omega.

Unofficially called, “The Bloodiest Day for the Foundation”, the pocket was bombed with incendiary bombs while MTF held against SCP-#### attacks attempting to break the pocket. After 12 hours, the remaining instances surrendered to MTF units, numbering 221 in total. While MTF was clearing a village inside the pocket, PoI-3187 was discovered in one of the houses, severely dehydrated. Several captured documents in the village say that diplomatic party has been moved several days prior to recovery.

Location: ████, designated as the capital city of SCP-####

Preamble: The engagement was part of Operation Dealmaker in order to eliminate SCP-####’s resistance against the Foundation. The capital was the last remaining SCP-#### stronghold, and held multiple critical and valuable intelligence needed for further research into SCP-####. The Foundation planned to bomb the city with Z2-██, a potent, but treatable chemical agent, and have Nu-7’s CBRN¹¹ platoon capture the surviving instances. However, a reconnaissance mission discovered that the capital was now defended with SAM sites¹², causing Foundation strategists to cancel the planned bombing.

Force Composition: A diversionary force, designated Alpha squad, numbering 12 troops, total. A platoon-strength force, designated Romeo, numbering 41 troops, total. 5 AH-64 Apache attack helicopters, designated Overlord-1 to -5. SCPS Hood, a Foundation frigate, to be used as a staging ground for Romeo. 2 Westland Lynx transport helicopters, to be used to deploy and extract Alpha. 3 LCM-8 mechanized landing craft to transport Romeo. Required crew members and technical staff included.

Objectives: The priority objective is the destruction, or the disabling of the SAM sites. In order to achieve this, Alpha was designated as the diversionary force. Romeo would have the task of eliminating the sites. The secondary objective is

Deployment and Sequence of Events:
[6:00AM] Alpha is deployed at the outskirts of the capital, outside the range of the city’s defenses, and began moving to the city entrance.

[7:53AM] Alpha reports that a refugee convoy approaching the city, and that they planned on using them as part of the distraction.

[8:14AM] Alpha destroys one of the vehicles in the convoy, and assaults the SCP-#### guards at the city entrance.

[8:41AM] Alpha reports that several armored IFV’s¹³ have now begun to respond to them, and that they were now retreating back into the forested areas in order to draw a larger response force.

[8:59AM] With a sizable detachment of the city’s garrison distracted by Alpha, Romeo launches from the SCPS Hood, and begin their amphibious assault.

[9:11AM] Romeo lands in the city harbor and begins capturing several buildings, holding the inhabitants captive and leading them to the landing craft. They then began assaulting the government and military districts.

[9:26AM] Alpha reports that some of the SCP-#### force attacking them, have now been recalled to defend the city. Romeo was notified of this.

[9:43AM] Romeo captures the targeted government building, and tasks a squad to search for assigned documents.

[9:49AM] Romeo ambushes an armored vehicle column. Several civilian SCP-####’s in nearby houses begin surrendering to MTF.

[10:26AM] Alpha reports that several SCP-####’s have begun to surrender to the unit. However, due to the unit’s limited capability, as well as the concurrent firefight, they were forced to abandon the capitulated instances.

[10:29AM] Romeo reports that they have secured the designated documents.

[10:34AM] Romeo destroys a SAM site. The site’s crew members surrendered to the unit.

[11:36AM] Romeo reports that all SAM sites have now been destroyed, with all crew members either terminated or surrendered. Romeo begins to retreat to their transports.

[11:39AM] Command deploys Overlord Squadron to Alpha’s position.

[11:44AM] Overlord provides air support for Alpha, eliminating the attacking SCP-####.

Aftermath:
After MTF cleared from the capital, F/A-18 Hornets bombed the city with Z2-██. Nu-7’s CBRN platoon were deployed to the city, with orders to capture any surviving SCP-####, and secure more documents. Several surviving SCP-####’s were found, and were treated for Z2-██. The island was finally decontaminated from Z2-██ three days after.

Addendum ####-01: “In part of the MTF’s valiant efforts, and the courage of involved personnel, I would like to commend their efforts in neutralizing the SCP-#### threat. Operation Dealmaker is part of the Foundation’s protocol of containment, as it would have been likely that SCP-#### would have eventually moved off the island, and attempted to invade other lands. “ -Administrator Jaydee

Following the success of Dealmaker, Area-162 was demilitarized and captured SCP-#### were transported off the island. Majority of SCP-#### are now contained in Site-19. MTF Nu-7 suffered minimal losses, and was also transferred off the island following Operation Dealmaker. Several months following Operation Dealmaker, interviews of SCP-#### were approved, regarding insight into the civilization’s history.

SCP-####-78: The start of my civilization. (pause) Funny, I was a teacher.

SCP-####-78: Well, we have…had only two systems. Initial, and Final. In Initial, we are taught on the basics, simple Math, Grammar, Communication. This continues for a total of 35000 studying hours. After that, they will take the Initial Test, where their retention of the knowledge is tested.

SCP-####-78: Final is another Initial-like system, but they are given a choice for which Speciality they want, so it becomes more advanced. Between Initial and Final, they are given a free month where they get to experience the offerings of each Speciality.

Interviewer: Then they pick out which one they like?

SCP-####-78: Yes. Usually, they get to excel in their Specialities. Most of the time, it becomes less of passing, than it is to get the highest mark.

Interviewer: Was there a lot of students who choose in a Technology field? Or something similar to that?

SCP-####-78: No, not a lot. Probably only a fraction of a fraction of the class chose to go to Technology. But apparently, they were really good at it, since the technology kept up it’s pace. But there was some times where there was a lot of halting. Halting of progress.

Interviewer: Now -78, may I ask about the students who don’t get flying marks? The students that aren’t great?

SCP-####-78: Actually…well…come to think of it, there were some exceptions. Sometimes I had a student where they just pass below the class average. Not like a few points below everyone, but a significant margin. Their scores are passing grades, but compared to the rest of the class, they finish Final with more difficulty.

Interviewer: Do you know what happened to them after?

SCP-####-78: Well, most of those exceptions usually just look to a military career after. But those high achievers would take a position in their field.

Interviewer: Did you know any of them personally?

SCP-####-78: Well, I did try contacting one of them. I think, uh, he was stationed near a village as part of his platoon.

Interviewer: Is he here? In the containment block I mean.

SCP-####-78: Well, I don’t think I’ve seen him here. I have meet some of the men he would have served with, in the village. I’m not really what I was gonna do when I meet him.

Interviewer: So, your society seems to be hierarchical in nature.

SCP-####-78: Yes it is. There is a great emphasis on the grand respect of those above us.

Interviewer: And on the report, it says that you weren’t given names unless you achieved an honorable enough of a title.

SCP-####-78: Yeah, that’s true.

Interviewer: So how would you communicate with your students?

SCP-####-78: We would just call ourselves according to our “Step”.

Interviewer: Step?

SCP-####-78: Step. It’s like, your place. Your place in it all. They would me “Teacher”, I would call them “Students”.

Interviewer: Oh, you mean occupation?

SCP-####-78: Yes. Somewhat like that.

Interviewer: Well, -78, this is the official end to our interview, but one more question. Are you up to it?

Interviewer: The student you talked about, the one you tried to contact with, when was the last time you heard of him?

Interviewer: SCP-####-182, this is just to make the interview more comprehensible, do you have a name?

SCP-####-182: I was called Jarius in the “Guild’s Choice”. I was the Supreme Commander over the Armed Forces.

Interviewer: If you were the Supreme Commander, how were you captured?

SCP-####-182: My convoy was overtaken by your men.

Interviewer: Not much security then? Anyways, let’s start the interview. Do you have any knowledge of your civilization’s history?

SCP-####-182: Yes.

Interviewer: Any chance you can tell us about it, Jarius?

SCP-####-182: There’s not much I can say about it. We simply evolved as we continued.

Interviewer: Well, Jarius, there’s a small predicament in your claim. We were on your island longer that you have—(cut off by -182).

SCP-####-182: No, no. There is no predicament. No false wording. We were there as you were.

Interviewer: So why did we not pick up on your civilization before?

**SCP-####-182*: You simply didn’t look hard enough. I am part of the oldest generation still alive. I still remember how we used rocks to kill.

Interviewer: So no one from the very first generation is alive?

SCP-####-182: Alive is a grey term, so no. Someone from the first generation is still alive.

Interviewer: Do you happen to know who it is?

SCP-####-182: E.

Interviewer: Do you know where E is, or whether we have him in containment?

SCP-####-182: E is not in your silly containment. He is one of the few who escaped.

Interviewer: There are security teams searching the entire island, and ships patrolling the waters. That man did not esca—(cut off once again by -182).

SCP-####-182: No, this is where your organization is wrong. Jumping to conclusions. Just because you have a slice of cake, does not mean that you have the entire bakery. E is the most elusive of us. Whenever we need to speak to him, we don’t go to him, he goes to us. Even if you have the armies of hell looking for him, you will never find him.

Interviewer: E won’t be found, got it. Now one last question. Do you know the justification for the arrest of your Primus and of our delegation?

**SCP-####-182: You attacked our guards! What is this?

Interviewer: Our delegation was attacked and arrested by your men.

SCP-####-182: No, there was gunfire in that building. When two of my guards entered the room, they saw the Primus being…manhandled by your soldiers!

Interviewer: The official report is that a squad of SCP-####’s entered the room, arrested both the delegation and Primus, and the MTF unit was killed before they could do something. Jarius, what event could have happened that made you think that we shot first?

SCP-####-182: I entered that room myself, E was there too!

Interviewer: E was a first responder? Why would he been there?

SCP-####-182: He is the oldest of us! Would you not stand by your daughter when she begins her life?!

Interviewer: Do you, Jarius, have a daughter?

SCP-####-182: No.

Interviewer: Now, PoI-3187, we are aware of your status as your people’s Primus. But we do not know whether you have a name of yourself? This is just to make the interview easier.

PoI-3187: (pause) Tannener.

Interviewer: Were you ever called that during your tenure, or were you always called Primus?

PoI-3187: No. No one called me that unless they wanted me to approve what they wanted, manipulate me, or both.

Interviewer: Well Tannener, do you have an idea of who E is?

PoI-3187: E?

Interviewer: Yes, E. He seems to appear frequently during our research into your civilization’s history. Is there something we need to know about him?

PoI-3187: What do you have about E?

Interviewer: Several documents mentioning E, old stories and books talking about E in any way. He was mentioned many times during interviews.

PoI-3187: What do you know about him?

Interviewer: He seems to be a very influential to your civilization. He was the oldest of your society, and so had the knowledge of what happened during the early days. Is there anything missing?

PoI-3187: He was also who gave us the technology.

Interviewer: E invented the technology or provided the technology?

PoI-3187: Provided as much as we would rather know. He made us open a trimonthly “Unveiling”. There, he would have his technology lined up in neat files, like he was planning to sell it. The unveiling was open only to scientists and government officials.

Interviewer: What about his location, Tannener? Do you know where he lived?

PoI-3187: E, would just appear as he needs to be. He wouldn’t appear to an audience unless it was to buy his tech.

Interviewer: Was he financed by the government?

PoI-3187: No one financed him. There was nothing in our records that saw him own anything, other than his IP’s

Interviewer: Wait, records?

PoI-3187: Yes, we have records on him. We even tried to send a spy to follow him once.

Interviewer: Well, do you know where these records are?

PoI-3187: No. Not now, but, they were in storage in one of filing cabinets in the Information Intelligence building.

Interviewer: Have you read some of the reports?

PoI-3187: No. I didn’t have a chance. But, it might give you insight into E.

Interviewer: We’ll look through our inventory to see if MTF secured it during their raids.

PoI-3187: Please tell me more about E the next time we get to talk.

Interviewer: I’ll try having another interview arranged. Or else, I’ll just drop by your cell to tell you about it.

After Researcher Enrique sifted through Area-162’s inventory, PoI-3187 confirmed which report was the one with information about E. The report showed the information the SCP-#### spy listed, including the technology produced by E, daily activities, and the routes E had taken in the city. Several other related papers also showed a proposed capture/kill order recommended by several military, government, and intelligence officials (Document ####-36).

Event ####-01: An MTF unit was tasked with discovering the location of E, based on information given by PoI-3187. This included the report PoI-3187 referred to. After five months, the suspected hideout of E was discovered, leading to an MTF raid. However, the hideout was abandoned, with the resident having left several days ago. One week later, the Site-19 Humanoid Containment Block housing SCP-#### was breached, with approximately 131 instances disappearing. The containment cell of PoI-3187 was also breached, where on-site staff found PoI-3187 mortally wounded. He was declared dead after 20 minutes. In the cells of the disappeared 131 instances were papers, with the same letter written on them. The letter reads, “REBUILD”.
