Special Containment procedures: Due to its nature, SCP-123 cannot be moved. SCP-123 is to be contained in a 13x12 mile reinforced concrete wall, with towers stationed every mile of the structure. Monitoring for SCP-123 activity is to be carried out by 20 EMP seismograph stations constructed around Area-23. Should SCP-123 activity be detected, EMP turrets closest to the area of activity are to be activated and launched near and/or directly, if possible, at the site of activity. All personnel assigned to SCP-123 are to remain on high alert for a period of 4-20 hours, depending on the severity of SCP-123 movements.
Should any unauthorized personnel attempt to access Area-23, they are to be apprehended and given class-A amnestics, demoted or terminated if given permission.
