Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX-3 is to be housed in a humanoid containment cell. SCP-XXXX-1 and SCP-XXXX-2 are to be contained in basic security crates capable of handling their size.
Description: SCP-XXXX-1 is a shield roughly the size, shape, and weight of a standard buckler. SCP-XXXX-1 is capable of projecting a female form that shows intelligence and the desire to protect those who wield it. See interview log A.
It should be noted that SCP-XXXX-1 can change size and shape depending on the threat the user is faced with, but does not possess the ability to move on its without a user. See experiment log A.
SCP-XXXX-2 is a sword roughly the size, shape, and weight of a standard arming sword. It should be noted that when SCP-XXXX-2 was recovered it was in the shape and weight of poleaxe. When removed from the unconscious SCP-XXXX-3's hand, it took the properties of the sword. It should also be noted that SCP-XXXX-3 was used to cut SCP-096's face off while be used as a sword and when being wielded as a pole axe it was thrust into SCP-096's abdomin, seemingly killing it. It should be noted that SCP-096 should not be consider dead and it's bones still appear unbreakable, despite the lack of movement or regeneration. See interview log B.
It should be noted that despite its anomalous atrributes, none have been replicated by staff. Except incredible levels of durability. See experiment log B.
SCP-XXXX-3 is a male human. It appears normal having a tattoo on each wrist, on the left wrist is a open four fingered claw, on the right is a closed four fingered claw. It's defeat of SCP-096 and it's survival of a massive wound across it's chest and abdomen, would suggest some increased level of durability and strength. SCP-XXXX-3 is very cooperative and should continue to receive medical treatment for it's injuries.
Acquisition:
SCP-X came into foundation custody on August 10th, 2017 during a containment breach of SCP-096. While following SCP-096's movements and projecting it's path. Mobile Recon 4 noticed a lone man standing in the path of SCP-096. MR4. observed the man(SCP-XXXX-3) dreaw a knife(SCP-XXXX-2) and shield(SCP-XXXX-1). It is presumed that as 096 came closer SCP-XXXX-3 saw it's face and became a target. Very little of this fight was observed due to the hazzard of agents becoming targets of SCP-096. While MTF-Charlie 9(clean up crew), maintained distance they were able to observe some feats from SCP-XXXX, such as SCP-XXXX-1 and 2 changing form. And SCP-XXXX-3 making a 100 yard jump backwards.

Subject: SCP-X-1
Location: Testing Lab 1
Transcript: Lab Recordings
SCP-X-1: I know you're trying to see my limits, but honestly it's kinda annoying, like a kid playin' the I'm not. touching you shit.
Junior Research Baker is surprised and trips over his own feet while backing up from the apparition of SCP-X-1.
Junior Research Baker: I.. I, I'm sorry?
SCP-X-1: Hey, I get it you got a job to do.(placing hands in air in a I surrender fashion) I'm just saying there's easier and funner ways of testin' my powers.
SCP-X-1 apparition begins to survey the room and move about.
Junior Researcher Baker: I, I need to get someone with, uh, higher clearance in here.
At this point Junior Researcher Baker leaves the room. and files a report in person with his superior.

Interviewer: Researcher Dr. Waller
Interviewed: SCP-XXXX-1
Location: Interview Room 34
Transcript: Official Interview Log
Dr. Waller: Hello SCP-XXXX-1, I am Dr. Waller. I am here to ask you some simple questions.
SCP-XXXX-1: What's that? My prisoner number?
Dr. Waller: No it just makes paperwork and filing easier, although depending on your cooperation this could very well become a prison.
SCP-XXXX-1: I've been in prison, 3 years max security. I'd rather be called by my name if you want to keep this civil.
Dr. Waller: Then I supposed it's a good thing that my first question was going to be if you had a name?
SCP-XXXX-1: Margaret.
Dr. Waller: Okay Margaret, what are you?
The apparition of SCP-XXXX-1 shifts uncomfortably
SCP-XXXX-1:Mind if I take a seat?
Dr. Waller: Oh, if you can, please, I didnt realize you needed such things.
SCP-XXXX-1: I don't really but, I guess its just force of > habit. It makes me feel normal, well as normal as I can, I > guess.
Dr. Waller: So you are aware of what you are?
SCP-XXXX-1: Yeah, and what I used to be.
Dr. Waller: Can you explain to me both what you are and what you used to be?
SCP-XXXX-1 appears frustrated
SCP-XXXX-1: Stop talking to me like that!
Dr. Waller stands and begins backing away.
This action upsets SCP-XXXX-1 even more.
SCP-XXXX-1: What are you even doing? I'm a shield that can project a ghost of myself! I'm not only designed to protect, but I swore to as well! There is literally nothing I can do to hurt you.SCP-XXXX-1 apparition moves to and passes THROUGH Dr. Waller
SCP-XXXX-1: See! Nothing! Just please stop talking about me like I'm a thing, I'm not. I'm a person, or what's left of one. I gave up everything; my mind, body, and soul to become the prefect shield. But I don't know if even that's good enough anymore.Dr. Waller collects himself and recording device.
Dr. Waller: I see I've upset you, it was not my intention. It's simply a way we learn to distance ourselves, no emotional connections.SCP-XXXX-1: By not seeing me as human?
Dr. Waller: By seeing you as a simple object or test subject. Its cold but very few things in this place are like you. I'll go for now and let you calm down and collect your thoughts. I hope to continue this conversation more pleasantly in the near future.
Dr. Waller begins to leave the room.
SCP-XXXX-1: Eric? How is he? Has he recovered yet?
Dr. Waller: I'm not allowed to give out information without approval. I will look it into and submit a request to inform you of his state. It's the best I can do.

Interviewer: Dr Colset
Interviewed: SCP-X-3
Location Intensive Care Unit Delta
Dr Colset: I see you're awake.
SCP-X-3: Yeah, it seems so. My chest hurts pretty bad, can't remember much of what happened, big bad monster, I killed it, then here. So how bad off am I?
Dr Colset: You're in bad shape, try not to move too much. Between the surgeries, staples, and stitches it's a wonder you're alive.
SCP-X-3: Heh, yeah, I suppose.
Dr Colset: What do you mean by that?
SCP-X-3: Oh, just that I've had worse.
Dr Colset: I find that hard to believe.
SCP-X-3: Hmm.
Dr Colset: How were you able to kill SCP-096?
SCP-X-3 has visable confusion on its face.
Dr Colset: The monster, how did you kill it?
SCP-X-3: Ha! Who said it's dead?
Dr Colset: It certainly appears to be.
SCP-X-3: Not everything is as it appears. Look I got alot of stuff I could explain but right now I'm injured and tired and hungry. Can we do this some other time?
Dr Colset: Sure I'll come by tomorrow at the same time.
SCP-X-3: Thanks, give me time to get my head together. It's a hell of a tell.

Interviewed: SCP-X-3
Location Medical Recovery Ward Bravo
SCP-X-3: Huh, punctual, eh?
Dr. Colset: Always. Do you think we could continue our conversation from yesterday?
SCP-X-3: Sure, where ya wanna start?
Dr. Colset: I said SCP-096 appears to be dead, you said not everything is as it appears. Could you expand on that statement.
SCP-X-3: Yeah, its not dead.
Dr. Colset: SCP-096 posses a significant threat to those around it. If its not dead why hasn't it revived yet?
SCP-X-3: He's mine. For now anyway.
Dr. Colset: Can you explain what you mean by that?
SCP-X-3: I can, just don't know if I wanna yet. What do you know about fairies?
Dr. Colset is momentarily silent: Outside of children's stories, nothing.
SCP-X-3: What do you know about Saint George's Dragon?
Dr. Colset: We're getting off topic.
SCP-X-3: No, we're not. If you want info from me, I want some in return. I know the dragon is here, I can feel it. Ancient, powerful hate. This is going to be a give and take or its not going to be anything at all, get it?
Dr. Colset leans forward into SCP-X-3's face: I GET it. What you fail to GET is that I'm the good cop here. If you don't cooperate SCP-X-3, the bad cop shows up.
SCP-X-3: Hm, so I guess that's my what? Prisoner number?
Dr. Colset: Its your number, the prisoner part depends on you.
SCP-X-3: Then lets meet the bad cop.

Interviewer: Agent Lopez
Interviewed: SCP-X-3
Location: Humanoid containment cell
Agent Lopez: How do you like your new digs?
SCP-X-3: Not to bad, three meals a day, docs come to check up regularly. Supply of vicodin aint to bad either. Hell if I behave myself they even let me smoke one cigarette a day, its not my usual pack a day, but it's still better than some places I've been in.
Agent Lopez: Glad you like it. 'Cause your gonna be spending a lot of time in here. And once medical research has no further use for you, their little "rewards" will quit coming as well. Then it'll be just you and me everyday until I get what I want.
SCP-X-3: You seem like a military man, you ever spend any time in the brig?
Agent Lopez: No but my files show you spent 2 weeks in the USS Abraham Lincoln's Brig, on bread and water to boot.
SCP-X-3: The food wasn't the worst of it, it was 12 hours of light 12 hours of pitch dark. And even then you didn't really know if it was 12 hours or if the Master at Arms were just fucking with you. Your mind gets lost, you forget who you are, how long you've been there, why you were there, how much longer until it ends. I survived that. I'll survive whatever you got planned.
Agent Lopez: I served with honor.
SCP-X-3: Good dogs always do.
Agent Lopez jammed his finger into the still unhealing gash on SCP-X-3's chest.
SCP-X-3 winced in pain and then smiled: You are just a dog, go fetch your master and maybe, just maybe we can find mutual ground.
Agent Lopez put his finger to his ear: Yes sir.
Agent Lopez begins to exit the room.
SCP-X-3 calls out to him: By the way, I've given you all numbers too. The first guy, Dr. Whatzit, he's now DS-1001, and your DS-1002.
Agent Lopez paused at the doorway.
SCP-X-3: The DS stands for dipshit, by the way. Tell your master my name is Eric. Write his logs and reports anyway he wants but if he doesn't refer to me asEric Eric or Mr. Summers, I'll refer to him as DS-1003 and we won't get anywhere doing that.

Interviewer: Dr. Bright
Location: SCP-X-3 Holding cell
Dr. Bright: Hello, , I'm Dr. Bright
SCP-X-3: I suppose you hold the leashes around here?
Bright smiled: In a way, but I have a leash myself, we all do really.
SCP-X-3: So I met good cop, and bad cop. Which cop are you?
Bright sat backwards on an office chair and wheeled it up to the medical bed SCP-X-3 was still in: Eh, I don't like playing cops and robbers. I'm more of a horror enthusiast myself.
SCP-X-3: So what then? Torture?
Bright threw up his hands in surrender: I am a man of science, sir. I don't believe in torture. Although sometimes the ends does justify the means.
SCP-X-3: Ok? So are you threatening me or not?
Dr. Bright: Oh of course not, not now anyway. You said you would give us information in return for information.
Bright tossed a file folder onto SCP-X-3's lap: Its everything we know about fairies. I'm sorry to say that you'll find they're all dead.
SCP-X-3 immediately began pouring through the pages. Eyes jumping from one paragraph to another until Bright caught his hand.
Bright: Give and take remember?
SCP-X-3: Ok doc, what do you want to know?
Bright: You've been obsessive over this information for a while now, so I want two things in return.
SCP-X-3: Go ahead.
Bright smiled: What is your weapon and why do you claim that SCP-096 isn't dead?
SCP-X-3: Fine, sounds like a deal. My sword is called a soul weapon. It was made by the Blacksmith and I was taught how to use it by the Trainer. You can't use it anymore than you could use your mind to control someone else's body. Its my soul, not yours, so it only works for me. Even if you could force it to do something, without being taught by the Trainer, it would basically be a normal weapon.
Dr. Bright cut in: Blacksmith, Trainer, soul weapon?
SCP-X-3: Hey we already agreed, remember? So the reason the thing isn't dead is because it has been empowered by an Elder God. However, my soul weapon has the ability to steal the souls of those I kill and use them to strengthen myself. Normally, if I killed a human, I would burn through their soul energy, life force, whatever you want to call it, and then it gets released to… heaven, hell, nothingness, who knows? But when I burn through this things soul it's gonna return to its body and revive with the power of whatever nasty dark entity's curse it has.
Dr. Bright: Will it remember the faces of those from its initial breach?
SCP-X-3: I, I don't know. I can feel it inside me wanting out or maybe wanting control. If I release it all at once, then yes it will remember everything. But if I wear it down, slowly draining its power, there's a chance. A CHANCE it won't remember, it would be like waking up from a nightmare of confusion. For safety I'd keep doing whatever you were doing to keep it under control for now.
Dr. Bright: Speaking of which…
SCP-X-3: We had a deal, you gave me something. I gave you something. If you want more than give more. The fairies or fae and their King are not dead, they're just in another realm. One that has doors to ours. I want to open a door to theirs. So bring me anything, no matter how old or outdated and we can continue, at another time. Looks like I got a lot of reading to do.
Dr. Bright: Why do you want to go there?
SCP-X-3's face turn cold and distant: That was a freebie. If you want to know more, I need to know more on the fairies and the dragon you got locked up, I need to have words with it.

Interviewer Dr. Bright
Interviewed SCP-X-3
Location SCP-X-3 Containment Cell
Dr. Bright: Good morning Eric, I've heard from the medical staff that you haven't been sleeping well.
SCP-X-3: I was trained to understand the occult when this all started, but the way you make your reports. Ugh, it's like you're trying to make them as boring as possible.
Dr. Bright: Not boring, just clinical.
SCP-X-3: Whatever, so as near as I can tell, the fairies that were wiped out were either a soldier class or perhaps just some other beings going by the same name. Or maybe it's all the same and an Elder One gave them a way out.
SCP-X-3 handed the folder back to Bright: Either way its not very helpful to me. Seems y'all were more about shoot first, shoot second, shoot some more, and when everything's dead try to get an answer or two.
Dr. Bright took the folder: That may be true, but the Foundation has changed quite a bit since then. Now it's shoot first, restrain, and then try to get an answer or two.
SCP-X-3: So if your back I guess you have something I may have interest in then? Like meeting the Dragon.
Dr. Bright: I don't think that would be advisable, besides I'd have to get clearnace from my leash holders first.
SCP-X-3: Then what? It's clinical record? It's a fucking dragon, what else is there to know? It's old, older than the galaxy, maybe the universe. Its big and powerful. And it's a child of something much bigger, much older, and much more terrifying.
Dr. Bright: I think I know who you're talking about, around here we call him SCP-682.
SCP-X-3: Then lets go meet 'im.
SCP-X-3 began to sit up but Dr Bright gently pushed him back down.
Dr. Bright: You may have beaten 096, but so has 682, Eric. And in your condition you wouldn't last a minute against him, even if my bosses permitted me to return your weapon to you.
SCP-X-3: My condition? I've told you doc, I've had worse.
Dr. Bright: That may be, but didn't those heal? You've been here 21 days and have shown no signs of cellular repair at all. The only things keeping you alive are those IVs, stitches, staples, and wraps. So why aren't you growing scar tissue at the very least?
SCP-X-3 looked down at his chest and abdomin: I, I don't know. Maybe whatever powers that monster is poisonous to me? Maybe it's soul just won't let me heal, weaker body, easier to take control? I don't know.
Dr. Bright: We've been working with Margaret, she says that as long as we keep you safe she'll assist us in our more dangerous experiments. She says she became a shield to protect the things she loves and you're all that's left. So as long as we protect you she'll protect us.
SCP-X-3: Fucking Margaret.
Dr. Bright: We want 682 dead. But you can't do that right now. You can barely move from the bed to the shower and even then you have to sit. We're going to uphold our agreements with you both. Protect you and try to find a way to heal you. While also trading information with you.
Dr. Bright pulled out an old leather bound book from his coat: This isn't foundation records, but its in our possession. It predates the Foundation proper by at least 50 years. It was written by a J. H. Smith. He had a similar obsession with the fairies and fear realm. Some believe he was the cause of the war that wiped them out. Could be some useful information in here.
As Bright wiggled the book in front of SCP-X-3, he laid back down and sighed: What do you want to know?
Dr. Brights usually carefree face turn a dark sour: Why was 096 coming to kill you?
SCP-X-3 chuckled: I have no idea. These guys found me, or maybe were following me since the beginning, not sure. But around a week after I learned that Saint George's Dragon still lived, I was desperate to find it. If anything on Earth knew how to open doorways between realms it had to be him. Then about two days before the fight I was approached by these men, told me all about the Foundation and then gave me a GPS and an envelope with coordinates on the outside. They said don't open it until I arrived at the site. So I went there, a lot of this stuff only works in certain locations or at certain times, so none of this seemed to out of the ordinary for me.
Anyway I opened the envelope to find a picture of the ugliest son of a bitch I've ever seen. There was a note that said to burn the picture and instructions. Also said to let it hit me at least once, real good. So after waiting a bit I saw it coming straight at me. Honestly I wasn't sure I could win, I'm also not sure if I cared. We fought, I won. Although I'm beginning to feel like Margaret was right, this was a setup.
Dr. Bright leaned in closer: Who were they?
SCP-X-3 shrugged: I don't know honestly. Most underground stuff goes down without names and addresses, if ya know what I mean. I figured they wanted that monster dead, but after absorbing it's soul and seeing it for what it is I know that can't be done. But maybe they didn't. Maybe they figured I'd kill the monster, the injury would get me in, then I'd get what I wanted… but I doubt it.
Dr. Bright sat back contemplating: Is there anything you can give me about them at all?
SCP-X-3 gave a visible smirked: Actually yeah, one had a patch he tried to keep hidden the other had a brand on his left forearm.
Dr. Bright pulled out a note book: Can you draw them?
SCP-X-3: Sure.
After SCP-X-3 finished he handed the drawing to Dr. Bright: Its not exact I couldn't get a good look at either one but you should be able to fill in the gaps.
Dr. Bright stood and walked out of the room: Chaos Insurgency.

Aftermath of containment breach
Dr. Colset and SCP-XXXX-3 can be seen by security feed standing in front of SCP-682 containment cell door
SCP-XXXX-3: Well, open it.
Dr. Colset hesitates
Dr. Colset: I, I really think
Dr. Colset is cut off by SCP-XXXX-3 using SCP-XXXX-2 TO slice through the containment door.
Dr. Colset, SCP-XXXX-3, and SCP-682 all seemed surprised and stare at each other for approximately 2.5 seconds.
SCP-XXXX-3 stabs Dr. Colset through the heart with SCP-XXXX-2
SCP-XXXX-3 I think I'll need that.
SCP-XXXX-3 enter 682s containment cell.
SCP-682 (laughing) So they think you can kill me?
SCP-XXXX-3 cautiously moves around the containment cell while keeping SCP-XXXX-2 in front of him as the weapon continues to change form
SCP-XXXX-3 I'm here for my own reasons. Tell me how to cross into Oberon's realm and I'll leave you in peace.
SCP-682 lets out what can only be described as laughter
SCP-682 And if I refuse?
SCP-XXXX-3 shows visible anger, SCP-XXXX-2 stops shifting form and seatles as a traditional war scythe with a bill hook added to the back base of the scythe.
SCP-XXXX-3 Then I'll leave you in pieces!
SCP-XXXX-3 makes a charge at SCP-682 only to immediately jump 25 feet backwards to the cell wall as SCP-682 turns its head in SCP-XXXX-3s direction
SCP-682 begins to laugh again and breaks his bindings
SCP-682 What happened to all your bravado? I thought you would cut me down?
SCP-682 climbs out of the acid onto the platform while laughing, showing servere damage, as expected
SCP-682 Look at me, hardly alive and yet you still cower from me!
SCP-682 lunges towards SCP-XXXX-3
SCP-XXXX-3 charges as well using SCP-XXXX-2 to slice down the side of SCP-682 causing more damage than what SCP-682 had regenerated yet
SCP-XXXX-3 seems to be out of breath
SCP-682 You can feel it, my true power, not this prison I've been locked in! You know you stand no chance against me.
SCP-682 swings his tail at SCP-XXXX-3 hitting him and knocking him into a wall.
SCP-682 charges down SCP-XXXX-3 attempting to bite him
SCP-XXXX-3 jumps 15 feet in the air dodging the attack but again is hit by SCP-682s tail, knocking him through the broken containment door
SCP-682 You come at me with your pathetic weapon, and that disgusting creature, AND your army of dead AND STILL YOU ARE NO MATCH FOR ME!
External security feed shows SCP-XXXX-3 looking down the hallway
Containment cell camera views SCP-682 walk towards the breached door and stops.
SCP-682 Despite everything you brought, all you've given up, you are still a pathetic human. What hope could you have against me?
External security feed shows SCP-XXXX-1 being caught by SCP-XXXX-3
SCP-XXXX-3 Hope just arrived, dumbass!
SCP-XXXX-3 stabs himself through his stomach with SCP-XXXX-2, while placing SCP-XXXX-1 on his chest
Feed interrupted in both security and containment cell
Feed returns after 7 minutes to show a winged armored entity, assumed to be the combined form of SCP-XXXX-1, SCP-XXXX-2, and SCP-XXXX-3, approximately 9 feet with it back to the containment cell camera
New entity has its right hand shoved into SCP-682s chest while the left hand holds SCP-682 off the ground. It is noted that to accomplish this the entity is floating off the ground.
SCP-XXXX Tell me!
SCP-682 screams in pain but does not speak. SCP-XXXX twist its right hand inside SCP-682s chest
SCP-XXXX Talk!
SCP-682 [REDACTED]
SCP-682s body shivers and falls limp, it then begins to glow a dark red and a deep voice is heard although SCP-682 does seem to speak.
The voice does not seem to be understandable by anyone expect SCP-XXXX-3, it also has the quality of causing great fear in those hearing, even in recording, therefore all of it's noises are redacted.
[READACTED]
SCP-XXXX Well I took care of this one, didn't I?
Foundation building begins to rumble, some listeners claim it was laughter
[REDACTED]
SCP-XXXX Then I'll take both of yours!
[REDACTED]
SCP-XXXX-1 removed from the body of SCP-XXXX-3 and thrown out of the containment cell. SCP-XXXX-3 hangs in the air by the hilt of SCP-XXXX-2 now in sword form plunged into the chest of SCP-682
[REDACTED]
SCP-XXXX-3 Then I'll take it all!
[REDACTED]
SCP-XXXX-3 screams in pain and drops to the cell floor. SCP-XXXX-2 remains in place.
[REDACTED]
SCP-XXXX-3 Then kill me already! What am I to you! Nothing! Just an ant to be stepped on! Finish me! FINISH ME!
[REDACTED]
SCP-XXXX-3 collapses to his knees in apparent defeat
SCP-XXXX-3 Why?
[REDACTED]
SCP-XXXX-3 turns to look back towards SCP-XXXX-1
SCP-XXXX-3 But you can?
[REDACTED]
SCP-XXXX-3 What do you want for it?
[REDACTED]
SCP-XXXX-3 moves his hand in a circle and SCP-XXXX-2 appears in it
SCP-XXXX-3 I accept.
The deep red glow previously surrounding SCP-682 moves to surround SCP-XXXX-3. SCP-XXXX-2 seemingly disappears as SCP-XXXX-3's flesh becomes red with black and silver markings over it.
SCP-682 begins to regenerate and moves towards a wall.
SCP-682 Now you aren't even human, just a tool, a weapon. No longer a pathetic being just something to pity.
SCP-682 Draws [REDACTED] on the wall, this dissolves part of the wall, showing a landscape through it.
SCP-XXXX-3 moves to the opening, only stopping to look at SCP-XXXX-1. Note: SCP-XXXX-3 face seems to be emotionless and has a red energy coming from its eyes. SCP-XXXX-3 moves threw the portal.
SCP-682 uses it talons to destroy the [REDACTED] thus closing the apparent portal. It then moves the center of its cell and lays down and goes into a sleep lasting 65 hours.
SCP-XXXX-1 and SCP-682 were both recovered without incident.
SCP-096 did revive during SCP-XXXX-3 and SCP-682s battle, several researchers were killed before Dr Clairborn could place a bag over its head. Transport plans are being arranged to return SCP-096 to its original containment site.
