Special Containment Procedures: The Being's cell is not to be entered by anymore or any less than three personal, all subjects are to wear ear defenders and under no circumstances, are to interact with the being.

Description:
The being's main body is a cast steel plated shell. It has a large imprint of a hammer and sickle, being the flag and symbol of the Soviet Union, which is believed to be the being's origin place.

It's face is pasty-white with a mouth constantly open and a visible speaker inside. It has three large legs either side which are pure copper.

It spews a constant stream of what at first sounds like nonsensical jargon, but if listen to closely turns out to be various phrases in Russian. This is the main threat of the machine, its constant stream of what is believed to be low quality recording of various propaganda broadcasts of the Soviet Union. This encapsulates the subject into believing and following every command of the machine to the tee.
