Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX does not immediately pose any risk. Once activated or manipulated, this anomaly can potentially pose a threat to personnel. SCP-XXXX can only be removed from it's containment area with the approval of one (1) or more Level 4 personnel.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a seemingly standard steel braided cable bicycle lock. The bicycle lock has a combination locking mechanism, in place of the typical letter or number combination is a cipher with indiscernible characters. SCP-XXXX was discovered on a school bicycle rack when the faculty could not remove it using standard bolt cutters. Only by cutting through the bicycle rack were Foundation personnel able to remove and secure SCP-XXXX.
When attempting to decipher the combination lock on SCP-XXXX, personnel observed that the steel braided cable would tighten slightly with every attempt. In order to prevent any harm, this anomaly is kept in containment to prevent it from being used for malicious intent.
