Special Containment Procedures: SCP-1848 is to be at all times kept within a metal lockbox with no less than two locks, the keys of which must be kept by two separate members of senior staff (Level 3 clearance or above.) who are not familiar with each other, nor share any political beliefs. The facility in which SCP-1848 is contained must be in a non-English speaking country and personnel who are fluent in English must not come into contact with the SCP unless authorized by the presiding head of research.

Description: SCP-1848 is a small, rectangular paperback book, measuring 16x11x0.6cm. It has a worn, black cover, with the name "The █████████ Manifesto" written in white text. The names "Karl ████" and "Friedrich ██████" appear above this title. Physically, the book is not known to have any anomalous properties; Analysis showing it to be a standard, mass market paperback.
