Jazko (Duct Tape)

Item: RD-

Object Class: Alpha

Containment Protocols: The single instance of RD- under Authority possession is held at Site-7's Alpha-Class Storage vault. Only personnel in RD-'s research team are allowed free access to the item. All other personnel are to submit a full Proposal of Use document to the head researcher to gain access.

In cases of containment breaches at Site-7, RD- can be accessed by all personnel for emergency medical aid. Post-breach incident reports should be filed as usual with a supplementary report of RD-'s use will aslo need to be submitted by the individual who used the item, the individual whom the item was used on, and medical personnel treating the victim with RD- on their person.

Description: RD- is, by all intents and purposes, a roll of used duct tape. The roll, however, holds an unknown amount of duct tape. Immediate use of the item shows no reduction of size but size reduction is noticeable after extensive uses. Whether there is a finite of duct tape is currently unknown.

The anomalous properties of interest are observed when RD- is applied to wounds on humans and other living organisms. Application to a cut or puncture wound shows it to be able to create a water-tight seal. A tight wrapping of RD- around broken limbs returns usability of said limb with some restriction and reduced pain. Severed limbs have also shown similar results albeit with heavier restrictions on movement speed, dexterity, and strength. All results seem to be dependant on the the quality of application. Application on the exterior, however, does not affect

Acquisition Log: During a joint operation with the GoI known as the Passmore Bureau, Agent Alexa Russell and Agent Angel Davila were both injured in the line of duty. Due to the current stage of the operation, neither agent could be evacuated nor could medical personnel enter the area. A Passmore Bureau Agent handed Russell a roll of duct tape, still in a clear plastic packaging, which both agents forgot to return.

Russell, who still had use of both hands at the time, applied three medium strips of duct tape over Davila' arm where he had suffered a severe sound. Davila then re-aligned bones in Russell's leg and wrapped most of the area using several strips of overlapping duct tape.
