Containment Procedures: Keep SCP-XXXX in a 400mm x 400mm x 400mm glass box. The box can only be opened by level 3 clearance personal. The glass box is contained in a room where no bullets could penetrate the walls. Whenever a researcher is in the same room as SCP-XXXX a single D-class personal must be present to prevent the researcher from shooting themselves.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a Walther P38 9mm semi automatic pistol from 1943. the pistol was developed by Carl Walther GmbH. There in no serial number or any ways of identifying where SCP-XXXX came from. SCP-XXXX was found when police investigate 3 mysterious disappearances, all of which where historians, and all of them occurred shortly after each of the historians had more then 10 minutes of contact with SCP-XXXX. Once taken in to the SCP Foundation SCP-XXXX did not display any anomalous activity. When a Security level 3 research personal had a Security level 2 research personal who was knowledgeable about World War 2 enter containment and try to figure out the origins of SCP-XXXX again nothing anomalous happened, when the same Security level 3 researcher allow the Security level 2 researcher to inspect with contact, the level 2 personal showed no anomalous activity until five minutes after first contact. The level 2 personal instntly straightened out their body, an with a glazed look in their eye's, raised the Walther P38 to the rightside of the their head and pulled the trigger. SCP-XXXX did not have any ammunition however, as soon as the hammer of SCP-XXXX hit making a very loud click noise, the level 2 personal disappeared. SCP-XXXX fell to the ground with no noise, and there was a little smoke raising from the barrel.
