Special Containment Procedures: SCP-3696 is to be kept inside a locked display case made of bulletproof glass. Is to be monitored by four guards, Shifts should change periodically every 3 hours to ensure aware and active guards are in position. Under no condition are any B to E Class personnel to be granted access to containment room unless given permission by class A Staff. Guards must supply proper identification to an ID Reader kept outside of SCP-3696’s containment room prior to entry and only a max of 5 guards are allowed to be present in the room at any given moment.

Item SCP-3696 containment had been breached by SCP-3696-1 on ██/██/██ (Refer to Addendum A-1).

Two guards are to be positioned outside of SCP-3696-1’s cell with audio/visual recording to be present inside and outside of cell. If any strange activity is to be observed by either SCP-3696-1 or Guards at station, it is to be immediately reported to enforcement squads to ensure proper detainment and neutralize any anomalous activity.

Description: SCP-3696 is a Jacket said to have been worn by multiple leaders from different eras. SCP-3696 gives off a seemingly ordinary appearance until being worn by a Subject, from here on called SCP-3696-1. The Jacket alters its appearance to suit modern Military attire of SCP-3696-1’s home country’s military.

SCP-3696 when used by SCP-3696-1 grants the ability to alter the minds of person(s) to ensure an almost commander position and can be used to press involuntary actions on said person(s) without knowledge or keen-awareness. SCP-3696-1 is only able to perform such a task on a preset amount of person(s), this amount is not yet to be seen to show a limit but once used on a group others cannot be controlled until termination of previous subjects.

If Jacket is discarded by wearer, SCP-3696-1 begins to display signs of cognitive breakdown. Drugs have been used by subjects to prevent such symptoms without success. Subjects given standard amnestics, generally used on civilians, and not neutralized after wearer discards jacket are relieved of “duty" and regain consciousness.

(Eisenreich is recorded entering containment chamber and extracting Jacket from display case, such practices with SCP-3696 are against protocol.)

Doctor Eisenreich: It appears to be in modest condition, no apparent deterioration of material or altering to such.

(Doctor Eisenreich proceeds to put SCP-3696 on, causing shifting of Guards until after properly fixing ensures control over and begins to exit Chamber.)

Security Monitor: What the hell is he doing?! [Alarm blaring]

Description: SCP-3* is a can of Spray paint whilst at first appearance seeming to be normal with only small traces of rust appearing at the middle and top of the can. Solid matter that comes in contact with SCP-3* will begin to transmute into Iron that will within a weeks period will slowly rust and decay. Such a process cannot be stopped or slowed and when in contact with living organisms there is no known cure.

SCP-3* when used with proper protective equipment as a barrier, SCP-3* can be used to create portals to an Art Gallery, there have been problems in which Class-personal have attempted escape, in such instances it is required

“Art Gallery”: The location in which this SCP sends the Subject to may be changed later. Some ideas include going into paintings (would the can actually spew paint?), making 2-way portals, going to another dimension, etc.
So like how does the paint can make a portal, thats the real thing, you aint even a real boio
The Paint can produces a portal merely by spraying on the surface of a wall, floor, object, etc. Rather than actually having paint be produced.
