[SCP-5671 is contained in a standard human containment chamber in the basement of Site-19.
No personnel not in possession of serious psychic or telepathic inhibitors. SCP-5671 is simply to be fed, watered and given one (1) standard fictional book from the site-19 library once a week. Doctor Bright is the only member of the foundation allowed to come into contact with 5671 without inoculative measures beforehand or for any extended period of time. Dr. Bright is -as of time of writing- the only person immune to the effects of 5671, most likely due to SCP-963.

SCP-5671 does not require containment and has been provided with standard personnel living quarters. He is to be referred to by his preferred title: “Raven” or “Doctor” since he gained the honorary title. However, Raven is to be reminded that he is only allowed on his assigned level and laboratory, and prevented from leaving.

Description: SCP-5671 Raven is a tall, brown haired male human, thought to be twenty-two (22) years old as with his statement, although there is a likelihood that this is false and 5671 Raven is older.
SCP-5671’s Raven’s anomaly manifests as a “telepathic field” that surrounds the entity him within a radius of fifteen (15) metres. The entity Raven has complete control over this field, and can influence, or even gain complete control over, almost anything with “tele-psychic” affiliation -aka, organic cognition, psycho-cognition or other anomalous mind-associated phenomena.
This also constitutes immunity and an acute ability to detect memes and cognitohazards, within visual range or a one-hundred (100) metre radius.
