Description: SCP-7370 is a modern day DSLR camera that has been discovered to have "randomized" effects on the person, place, or object that is in the focal point of any photograph taken by the camera. After a series of experiments performed with the intent to find a pattern or improved understandability of the effects that SCP-7370 produces, researchers pronounced them as absolutely and completely unpredictable.

Discovery: The first known and reported acknowledgement of SCP-7370 occured on June ██ 2016, when it was purchased by ████ █████ at a garage sale in ████████, Minnesota. ████ took the camera home and took a test picture of a book in his collection. A few hours later, the original book was missing from the bookshelf where he last left it, and instead a new book took its place. See SCP-7370-A for information on the book's properties. ████ took another test picture, and this time it was of himself. After neighbors reported to the police that they were worried about him not taking his routine walks everyday, he was discovered dead in his living room on June ██. When a biopsy was conducted, it was found that all of his internal organs were missing and nowhere to be found. After a long investigation, the camera was turned over to the SCP Foundation for further research.

SCP-7370-A: SCP-7370-A was discovered during the investigation of ████'s death. It is a 375 page book produced by the effects of SCP-7370. Any words spoken within a 5 foot radius of this book will appear in pefect punctuation and format on the book's pages. When first found at the crime scene, the words inside of the book depicted whats to be believed as a telephone conversation held between the man who purchased the camera and an unknown source. ████ was explaining his discovery of the strange camera and how the book appeared and was copying down his exact words. He then said he was going to take a photo of himself to see what would happen, and those were the last words from him in the book.
