Special Containment Procedure: SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a secure cell with shatterproof, glass so SCP-XXX can be seen at all times. Cell is to be kept at least six degrees above room temperature, or seventy nine degrees, but no greater than eighty-seven degrees at all times.
Cell is to be cleaned twice a week, as long as temperature is maintained SCP-XXXX is harmless, all orange hair on the floor and glass must be removed and destroyed.
There is to be some kind of sports activity being broadcast into the cell at all times, this event must have a halftime break. Horse races, Golf and things of this nature are prohibited. The sports program need not be current. No one is permitted to view SCP-XXXX from five minutes before halftime, until five minutes after.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a mascot suit 188 centimeters tall and it weighs 49 Kilograms, the suit is empty. It is a sports mascot for an unknown team. Orange in color with a long mane around its neck. It has a large toothless grin and plastic eyes with pupils deep orange in color, but mostly white. It wears black gloves and over-sized black shoes that look as if they are filled with air. Its shirt has a sports logo of some unknown team on it that looks familiar to all who see it, but no one can quite place it. Anyone who puts the suit on will find that [REDACTED] despite the interior appearing to be normal in all ways.
SCP-XXXX is inactive in a stadium environment. However, when the lights go down, SCP becomes active and attempt to devour any human victims it comes in contact with. SCP’s hairs are infectious and seek out warm flesh, they will burrow into a victim and transform said victim into a duplicate SCP-XXXX.
At halftime, SCP-XXXX will engage in a hypnotic dance routine that will compel any who see it become giddy, energetic, and excited. If the victim sees the dance through to the end, they will commit –Redacted—within seven days, and continue to escalate the –Redacted—until stopped by the authorities with each event worse than the last.
