Special Containment Procedures: SCP-3763-J is free to roam the facility while being accompanied by at least one personnel with a level two clearance card, facility guard or to be contained in its pen. SCP-3763-J when not roaming the facility or during night hours must be kept in its 5mx5mx5mx5m concrete pen with no windows guarded by one facility guard during night hours and is to be checked on via cameras inside the pen at least every 6 hours. SCP-3763-J is to be fed a mix of carrots, turnips, parsnips, radishes, potatoes twice every day.

Description: SCP-3763-J is an 23 kg (50 lbs) small humanoid approximately 3ft tall. The creature appears to resemble a garden gnome. SCP-3763 has a small red hat, white beard, large round nose, blue shirt, brown pants and boots. SCP-3763-J appears to have the ability to teleport to a location within 35m that it has eyesight of as seen as it cannot teleport outside of its containment during the night. The creature also likes to play tricks on facility staff being able to tell jokes and play pranks by speaking English with an Irish accent.

Addendum: SCP-3763-J was discovered on ██/██/20██ in a small town ████████ ████ in Ireland inside a small broken down brick house. SCP-3763-J was first spotted scurrying around the floor of the building and when spotting the SCP personnel it left to a different room first poking its head out laughing "Ho ho ho ha ha, ho ho ho he ha." Then teleporting to the other side of the building speaking cheerfully "Hello there, old chum!" Then jumped out of the room saying "I’m gnot a gnelf." Then teleporting to the other side slowly emerging and walking across stating "I’m gnot a gnoblin." Then shortly after teleporting in front of the SCP personnel stating "I’m a gnome. And you’ve been, GNOMED’."
