Item #: SCP-414
Object Class: Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: Due to the nature of SCP-414, all instances of SCP-414 captured should be contained in a seven (7) by seven (7) by five (5) meter room with concrete walls that are five (5) meters thick, with its interior painted teal, which appears to increase their tolerance against taller life forms.
As of incident 414-A, only personnel with level 4 clearance or higher with a maximum height of one hundred and twenty (120) centimeters (either naturally or using reality-altering entities) who have been briefed thoroughly will be allowed to perform experiments involving SCP-414.
Description: Instances of SCP-414 appear to be human children ranging from 3-6 years old. SCP-414 appears to be harmed like a human, but is completely immune to all forms of poison and radioactivity and has a thin, transparent extra layer of skin that is about thrice the thickness of regular human skin.
SCP-414 reproduce by regurgitating a round egg about three (3) centimeters in diameter into ‘shortened’ life forms with the egg hatching in approximately twenty-four (24) days into a fully-formed SCP-414. Both ‘male’ and ‘female’ SCP-414 appear to have eggs and are able to regurgitate them.
Despite tests revealing that SCP-414 have a digestive system, they appear to have no need for food or water. It is hypothesized that SCP-414s’ digestive system is entirely for the purposes of reproduction by storing eggs and allowing SCP-414 to regurgitate them.
SCP-414 show a pronounced hostility towards taller life forms, and if any are within an unknown range a range of five (5) meters, SCP-414 will ‘shorten’ them to approximately a meter or less using methods such as mutilation, [REDACTED]; SCP-414 is highly dangerous and will not hesitate to attack, given the means. (see incident log 414-A)
So far, incidents involving SCP-414 have caused the loss of ███ personnel.
SCP-414 was first discovered by an United States scouting team in ██/██/1950 in Russia, [REDACTED], inside an abandoned Axis research facility. A team of seven (7) SCP agents were dispatched after the SCP Foundation intercepted and decoded radio waves sent by the scouting team requesting backup to fight against ‘horrible creatures’.
Upon arrival at the research facility, the agents sent found no survivors but were almost immediately attacked by around twenty-three (23) instances of SCP-414. The instances of SCP-414 killed three (3) agents and injured two (2) others before the remaining agents terminated eighteen (18) instances of SCP-414 and captured the rest.
