IMPORTANT NOTICE: The following Speical Containment Procedures and Description are out of date and are no sufficent for containing SCP XXXX or understanding the nature of SCP XXXX. The following Special Containment Procedures and Description are only here for historical purposes as O5 believe that any personell assigned to SCP XXXX must be informed of these faliures to ensure another incident does not take place. Any attempt at following these Special Containment Procedures will result in a red level containment breach. See the Updated Report to view correct procedures and description.
Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-XXXX is to be contained within a medium sized, 10 by 12 foot cell constructed out of reinforced tungsten. A layer of concrete is to encase all sides of the cell, with a second layer of tungsten covering the concrete. The floor of the cell is to be covered in a layer of tiles and built with a slight downward angle towards the center of the room. At the point where all the slopes meet a standard shower drain is to be placed. The pipe connected to the drain is to lead to a collection silo with a volume of at least 30 gallons. This silo must be onsite and within walking distance of SCP-XXXX's cell. The cell is to contain one double bed and a latrine.
A one way, observation window is to installed into SCP-XXXX's cell connecting to an observation room large enough to accomodate the day to day needs of a team of at least 3 personell. 4 cameras are to be installed in each corner of the cell. These cameras must be able to detect infared and ultraviolet light. The camera must provide 24/7 coverage of the cell. If a camera malfunctions personell must bring it the attention of the onsite commander immediately and begin the matinence protocols.
The entrance to the cell must be fitted with a pneumatic locking mechanism that activates automatically when the cell door is closed. The cell door must be as thick as the rest of the cell. A room must be fixated outside of the cell door furnished to appear like waiting room. A series of gas pumps are to installed along the ceilling. These pumps must be capable of filling the room in at least 5 seconds. If SCP XXXX escapes into this room the pumps are to be activated and the air to be ignited before beginning standard containment breach procedures.
The unlocking of SCP-XXXX's cell can only be done with the authorisation of the on site commander or by any personell with a higher clearance. During the opening of SCP-XXXX's cell a squadron of guards must be present. During cleaning procedures the squadron are to be present with the cleaning crew. During a feeding the squadron must appear to just be regular guards on duty. If SCP-XXXX escapes containment during an opening all surrounding branches are to go into lockdown and begin their containment breach procedures. If a subject is present during a breach they are to immediately executed. If such a scenario is to ever occur any guards on duty on site are given permission to shoot to immobolise. Any humanoid beings wandering the halls are to be brought down on sight. During a breach all guards must be paired in groups of at least 2. If SCP-XXXX is able to escape it's current site all Foundation facilities in the surrounding civillian towns are to begin threat level red procedures and aid MTV recapture units in anyway possible.
A team of 12 are to assigned to SCP-XXXX's cell. This team is to made up of a 3 person research team, 3 D-Class cleaning and maintanince crew, 4 guards, 1 B-Class overseer and 1 D-Class subject.
Each member of the 3 person research team are to be assigned an 8 hour shift of surveillance, noting the habits and behaviors of SCP-XXXX throughout the day and night. Each member is to follow this scheduel everyday on rotation. 8 hours of sleep, 8 hour break, 8 hours of observation. Meaning while one member sleeps the other is on break and the other is on observation. The member on break is responsbile for making sure that the member on observation has not been compromised by SCP XXXX. If the member on break beilives the member on observation to be compromised they must alert their overseer immediately. Any members of any team compromised by SCP XXXX must be given V Type amnestics and moved to another site. The three members of the research team are to live on site in the quarters provided for a 12 month period. Any attempt to leave will result in termination and replacement. After 12 months a new team is to be assingned. Any change in behavior of SCP-XXXX is to be immediately reported to the current onsite commander by the overseer. 24 hour constant surveillance must be maintained at all times.
The cleaning and maintanince crew are to clean and repair any damage inside SCP XXXX's cell on a biweekly scheduel unless ordered otherwise by the overseer. All remains of subjects are to removed and properly disposed of. Any damage done by SCP XXXX to its cell is to be reapired. Any damage or remains missed by the cleaning crew will compromise the the feeding cycle of SCP XXXX and risk containment breach. When cleaning the cell the D-Class assigned the the crew must ignore any attempts by SCP XXXX to manipulate them. The research team are to observe every cleaning and provide verbal assurance to the cleaning crew that what they are seeing is not real and interaction with SCP XXXX will result in death. If a D-Class becomes compromised during cleaning the squadron present are to remove them and adminsiter V Type amnestics. After the cleaning of the cell the onsite silo is to emptied and all content to be disposed of properly. The cleaning crew's members are to be changed every 3 months.
Every 2 weeks a male D-Class subject is to be brought to SCP XXXX's cell. They are to be told they are taking place in an experiment but no other details about the nature of the experiment are to revealed. The D-Class is to told that the experiment they are taking part in poses no threat to their life. The subject is to be taken to the waiting room of the cell, made to wait for 3 minutes and then moved inside the cell. Researchers are then to record the method SCP XXXX uses to manipulate the subject. The cell must be cleaned and repaired before another feeding can take place. Faliure to feed SCP XXXX will result in increased escape efforts as it begins to starve. If not fed at least once a month SCP XXXX will die.
Description:
The physical attributes of SCP XXXX's true form are not currently fully understood. All that is known about SCP XXXX's true form at the time of writing this report is that it is the size of an average human female body. When in its true form SCP XXXX is invisible to the naked eye. SCP XXXX is only decteable in the infared and ultraviolet range when in its true form. SCP XXXX has 2 organic blades prottruding from it's lower back reigon that are sharp enough to pierce metals weaker than tungsten in a single blow. It is currently estimated that if left to its own devices SCP XXXX would be able to dig through its cell in a timespan of roughly 2 months. SCP XXXX is capable of verbal communication in a wide variety of human and non-human languages. SCP XXXX had displayed an interest in communicating with researchers, even seeming to enjoy interviews with personell. After taking a verbal IQ test during an interview SCP XXXX's IQ is estimated to be between 180 and 200. Despite this high intelligence it is now of the opinion of personell working with SCP XXXX that is has any intention escaping its cell.
SCP XXXX is a predatory entity capable of shapeshifting and telepathic manipulation of its prey. SCP XXXX prefers hunting human males between the ages of 20 and 50. However if desperate SCP XXXX with kill and eat any human of any gender or age. SCP XXXX is able to detect the desires of any human that it comes into contact with and transform into it with 99% accuracy. The desires SCP XXXX most often replicates are that of a sexual or sentimental nature. However SCP XXXX has been seen transforming into food and [DATA EXPUNGED]. After transforming SCP XXXX will lure its prey in and ease its prey into a state of ease or if the transformation is sexual it will attempt to bring its prey to orgasm. Once either of these requirements has been met SCP XXXX with pierce both the center of the chest and lower abdomin, severing its prey's spine. Once the prey has been paralysed SCP XXXX with consume the body in random chunks over a 2-3 day period. Once its prey dies SCP XXXX seemingly becomes bored and finishes whatever remains in a single day no matter the size of flesh. SCP XXXX will eat every piece of flesh off the body, leaving only the bones. Once a meal has been completed SCP XXXX will go into a resting phase of 1 week before needing to eat again. SCP XXXX will only break from its feeding ritual if straving.
