Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Safe
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be held indefinitely at site 14-AQ in a refurbished D-Class cell, designated CU-XXXX.
CU-XXXX is to be fitted with an airlock door system, the inermost of which (CU-XXXX-1) is to remain closed but unlocked at all times, with the outer door (CU-XXXX-2) being set only to open when approached by SCP-XXXX.
SCP-XXXX must remain under the impression that CU-XXXX-1 is locked at all times, and that CU-XXXX-2 will only open on approach from Foundation members.
It is ideal that amicable relations be keps with SCP-XXXX, but this does NOT mean that ANY demand given by SCP-XXXX should be followed.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a 164 cm tall male humanoid of currently unknown origin, with biology resembling specimens recovered from PR-███.
SCP-XXXX displays the ability to unintentionally invert causal links between action and reaction. This was first unknowingly discovered when Retrieval Team G-9 were unable to relocate the subject from its crash site within the first few seconds of arrival. On site this was presumed to be due to the weight of SCP-XXXX, though it was quickly discovered that as the force applied to the subject lessened, it was more easily relocated.
Attempts to nullify the effects of SCP-XXXX via use of foundation equipment has as yet proven unsuccessful, leading us to believe that there is some primary quantum alteration between cause and effect. No significant effects on any fundamental physical forces have yet been recorded, and as such it is also hypothesized that SCP-XXXX may only affect the causality of entities which interact with it.
SCP-XXXX-A is a full body suit primarily comprised of a not yet fully understood ceramic-based composite, recovered from SCP-XXXX's crash site. It is built up of at least 14,000 large, crystal-like fragments of this composite, some of which are hollowed out to house what appear to be the personal effects of SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX-A has shown resistance to extreme temperatures and a considerably lowered drag coefficient for its shape, and is currently undergoing further testing to determine further anomalous properties.
Addendum-XXXX-A-1: Items found in hollowed structures of SCP-XXXX-A
Hello, fellow scholars. The fine Dr Mashev has asked me to produce this introductory paragraph about my self. About 4 days ago I crash landed from a low Earth orbit, with no ship. I had been stranded aboard the Curia laboratory module of the ISS for 94 days following a 'catastrophic failure Of our docking mechanism'. A few of the esteemed scholars who have helped me get back on my feet have deemed many of my 'properties' to be 'causally anomalous', and as such intend to run a number of tests. I look forward to the results.
Note: Note produced on one lined sheet of A4 paper, chemical makeup of paper and ink matched to 1914 foundation specifications. It should be noted that this note was undoubtedly authored prior to SCP-XXXX containment, and that there is currently no Dr Mashev under Foundation employment.
