SCP-45█9’s effects take place when it is described through vocalization or written/typed in a document (virtual or not). Notes can be taken and described mentally but cannot be physically described. If a sentence is not finished, they will not transform into SCP-45█9-1.
If a person(s) physically describes SCP-45█9 verbally, virtually or writes information about SCP-45█9 they will then become an instance of SCP-45█9-1.
When becoming an active instance SCP-45█9-1, the victim will go through multiple phases over a period of time. The first (1) phase begins when a subject finishes describing a sentence about SCP-45█9. No abnormal changes occur physically or mentally in this stage. Phase two (2) shows minor mental abnormalities when confronted a joke about a internet meme called “senpai”. Phase three (3) starts to have minor physical abnormalities, with hives forming on their neck and boils start forming on the arms and legs. Phase four (4) includes major mental deformities, constantly verbalizing phrases popular with the internet. These phrases include “owo”, “uwu” and “senpai”. As time goes on, this behavior will occur more and more until phase 5 occurs. During phase five (5), The victim’s boils will start to burst, releasing large amounts of blood. Organs will start to shut down, and brain death will occur. Shortly after phase 5, phase six (6), death will occur.
