SCP 4000 should be placed in a d class cell only 5x bigger SCP 4000, should see a normal D class timetable and should also wear hear a metal bracelet on it on to which gives it a controlled shock if he uses any of his abilities.
Description: SCP 4000 looks like a normal D class personnel but it has a symbol on his chest which is similar to the symbols on the door of SCP 616. The Foundation believes the symbol is the source of its power but this is still being researched. The abilities of the SCP are flight, invisibility, almost being immune to everything, hypnotism and control of fictional elements. Yet more are expected to be discovered after further testing. This testing will be apart from normal D class testing and is to be voted on by five members of the 05 council

To disarm the SCP 4000 you must shoot it with a drugged syringe which will make it delusional. It will start to attack by ripping it's restraints off and creating a symbol of text on it that is unknown and which is different to the symbol which has been researched. These symbols require to be researched to ascertain their significance.
