Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4296 is to only be accessed by Level-4 personal and above, any personal trying to access SCP-4296 that are under the clearance level required are to be terminated immediately. SCP-4296 is to be contain in a standard secure humanoid containment cell, lined with titanium plating. SCP-4296's cell is to have industrial lights positioned out side of it in the event if SCP-4296 needs to be taken out of his cell for testing. Personal are to always wear sound cancelling ear muffs and are not to take them off unless strictly told to. The transport and testing of SCP-4296 is to be only approved by no less that 2 O5 personal. During testing SCP-4296 is to be accompanied by at least 4 security personal, a member of the Medical Department is to be on stand by during testing in the event that SCP-4296 manages to harm someone.

Description: SCP-4296 also know as "Jimmy John" is a humanoid male measuring at about 2.5 meters in height with his head being the tallest part of his body. SCP-4296 can open his jaw to twice the amount SCP-096 can open his, when opening his mouth his eyes tun black, deadly black. If personal stare at him for too long they will be taken to his "Home" as he likes to call it, it is not yet known where his "Home is. SCP-4296 is a Physical and Mental threat hence his Keter classification. SCP-4296 has the ability to affect multiple people at once. SCP-4296 is not allowed to talk, any attempt made to communicate is to be dealt with as if it where a threat.

Addendum: Addendum- █ : Discovery :
SCP-4296 was first discovered by MTF Alpha 9 in an abandoned shed located at █ █ █ █ , Michigan. At first SCP-4296 seemed to be giving himself in until Corporal █ █ █ █ █ got closer and suddenly SCp-4296 opened his mouth and swallowed him whole. After that Alpha 9 agents opened fire at SCP-4296. After being hit multiple times SCP-4296 finally gave into foundation custody.

Foreword: After entering foundation custody an interview has been issued with SCP-4296. Before the interview it was discovered SCP-4296 could not talk, he was given a pencil and paper to answer questions during this interview, thus having to have somebody read over what he wrote.

SCP-4296: "Good day, Good day. Whom do I have the pleasure of talking to?"

Interviewer: "I am not allowed to tell you my name but I can tell you my title, if you want that is?"
At this point SCP-4296 suddenly entered an enraged stage, flinging himself at Dr. █ █ █ █ and killing him. He then begins moaning and groaning, his eyes turning black. The whole building began to shake causing the building to briefly lose power. Security forces rushed in with their flash lights on scaring SCP-4296 forcing him to stop.
