Special Containment Procedures: SCP-7000 is to be kept in a standard humanoid containment chamber with any furnishing of his choice. The chamber is to be watched by no more than 3 armed guards at a time. No one is allowed near SCP-7000 without the permission from 2 or more O5 Council Memebers.
Description: SCP-7000 is a humanoid male roughly 5'7 in hieght. He stays dressed in a formal suit and tie that changes color everyday around midnight. When color does not change at midnight, extra security personnel are to be stationed in case of a containment breach. SCP-7000 enjoys talking to another person, but if angered in anyway he will then begin to teleport around the facility at high speeds, killing any personnel in his way. The only way to recontain SCP-700 is to severely wound him. He will then end up back in his containment chamber in almost perfect condition with no memory at all of the incident. No testing is to be done unless the requesting granted by two (2) O5 Council Members.
