Special Containment Procedures: Patients must be kept in a 4-foot thick steel room that are 10x10x10 feet each and are to be locked up and restrained, only a small vent will be located in each room to keep the victims of SCP-5904 alive. There will be no light to prevent memetic infection. When entering any room, staff are to be wearing Infrared-Goggles equipped with night vision as well as highly filtered gas masks. Motion Detectors must be installed in every room.
Description: SCP-5904 is not physical, rather, an infectious mental disease that spreads via air particles and sight, victims infected with SCP-5904 are to be contained in a metal box that is 10x10x10 feet each as well as guards outside of each containment chamber wearing proper equipment. Infected patients will be located at Site - (DATA EXPUNGED) for further studies. The infection rate is 100% via exposure. Symptoms will show up 2-3 minutes after exposure. (See Addendum For Symptoms)
Addendum: Symptoms: Early stages (2-3 Minutes)include: Insomnia, Paranoia, Headache, Depression, Anxiety, Coughing. (Incurable by anything) Late Stage(1 Week After Visible Symptoms): Victims will begin to have extreme psychosis and mania. They will attempt to kill themselves with ANYTHING and EVERYTHING. Late Stage victims also have violent tendencies towards anyone that gets in their way of suicide. (Lethality is 100% if not treated.)
In the event of a breach of SCP-5904 patients, MTF equipped with proper gear should enter the containment area immediately and contain the patients by administering tranquilizer darts.
If in the event of an end-of-the-world XK-Class Scenario, an emergency broadcast message stating the symptoms of SCP-5904 and warning everyone to stay inside and not look at anyone showing symptoms in an early stage will be broadcast.
