Special Containment Procedures: Item SCP-4322 is to be kept in a 78 by 78 meter container with absolutely no lifeform within SCP-4322's chamber. Every hour a [Classified] Chemical decontamination is required to stop any life form from evolving within SCP-4322. If anything evolves withing SCP-4322, it must be destroyed as soon as possible to avoid destruction.
Description: SCP-4322 was found in █/██/████. SCP-4322 was likely constructed in the 13 hundreds by some sort of Spanish architect. SCP-4322 is a well that goes about 10 meters down before reaching water, nothing has been discovered beyond the water. The water is pitch black and has no way of looking through. SCP-4322 was moved to Site-██ after its effects being discovered. SCP-4322's effects have the ability to make objects "evolve" very rapidly and learn to do basically anything. How
SCP-4322 does this is unknown. Things have previously evolved to very destructive SCPs such as SCP-4322-8, SCP-4322-29, and SCP-4322-109, These are only examples. Whenever a camera expedition happened, the camera blacked out in the water, it also has appeared to stop responding at all. One of these expeditions has made SCP-4322-67.
Addendum 1[Evolution]:There have been 182 cases of lifeforms evolving to dangerous levels, and 26 cases that have done mass amounts of destruction. The most intelligent of the SCP was SCP-4322-180 which knew if it killed everyone it would be lonely forever so SCP-4322-180 tried to make friends with everything. Every creation of SCP-4322 has been moved to a completely different facility in order to avoid evolution. SCP-4322's barrier of "evolution" has moved over the course of a few years.
Addendum 2[Testing]:Every time SCP-4322 is tested for "Learning", the foundation has to first decontaminate the chamber in order to get a fresh area. If the foundation is testing human effects they must place a Class-D inside SCP-4322. The Class-D must remain in the chamber of SCP-4322 until signs of evolution occur. After that, the subject is to be studied.
Addendum 3[Teleportation]: SCP-4322 has appeared to teleport at some times. This has resulted in a foundation crisis at one point, causing many objects to breach with the help of "evolution". It can easily escape and destroy the foundation. Therefore it is classified as keter

Agent ██████: It is required by the foundation, I do not have a choice.
