Dr.Bright was in a Foundation which held many Anomalies.
One of the anomalies was numbered 173.
173 had a plan. He was going to breach containment.

Dr.Bright: "Now?!?! Whyyyy"…173 then scraped across the floor to 096 and 106's containment cells and opened them right up.

Bright: "No point in helping him, he's dead." As Bright runs to the Entrance Zone 173 and 096, an unbeatable team, pursue him.
Bright: "Oh gosh, oh gosh, oh gosh, come on open up!! yes! whoo.. *Dr. Bright notices Chaos, and Nine-tail enter the Foundation* "Oh, well, that's a little sad. There's Chaos Insurgency (A group which is against the foundation) and Nine-Tailed Fox (A team that works for the foundation, not the Fox from Naruto)! "Ruuuuuuunnnnn!!!!" Bright runs to the 9-tailed fox recon team gets shot at, all bullets missed. Bright is safely returned to site 19.
