Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX should be kept in a locked metal box, 25 cm by 10 cm by 5 cm cm in Site-81. The area where it was found (█████-████-Colorado) is being searched for any additional instances of SCP-XXXX. Additional security measures have not been deemed necessary.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a large, gray feather belonging to the avian turdidae (the Thrush) family, measuring 15 cm in length, 5 cm in width and 2 mm in height.

It is able to cause spasms and other muscular reactions when it touches an organism with sufficient muscular structure, such as, humanoids, animals and anomalous beings. The amount and intensity increases with time. Subjects experience a feeling of euphoria, relaxation and shivers throughout their bodies.

Test 1 - 12/04/2020

Subject: A 5 foot 7, American, Caucasian male.
Procedure: Subject One (henceforth referred to as S1) was stroked with the tip of the feather, lightly, once.
Results: S1 immediately spasmed once and fell to the floor with a grin on his face. S1 was unresponsive for a period of two (2) minutes, afterwards he said that he only remembered feeling happy beyond anything he every felt before and felt he had moved places instantaneously. S1 requested to be used in future tests, request denied.
