Special Containment Procedures: Due to SCP-XXXX's anomalous properties, it cannot be contained and is to be under video surveillance at all times along with the perimeter of the area. Any unusual movement caused by SCP-XXXX is to be reported to Staff immediately.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a large cube precisely measuring 1.5m x 1.5m and is perfect in shape. It is grey in colour and seems to illuminate from the centre causing it to have a slight glow. SCP-XXXX has the ability to make matter around it in a 30 m radius simply no longer exist and reappear at it's own will, making it impossible to contain. SCP-XXXX is sentient, understands human emotions and can sometimes co-operate with a human. However, SCP-XXXX can feel agitated or annoyed to the point of ridding the existence of the source of annoyance. When touched, SCP-XXXX has been reported to have a very similar texture to ice.

Additional Notes: SCP-XXXX was discovered 9 kilometres North-West of Vilyuysk, Russia when an anomaly of perfectly round craters appearing and disappearing at random. Four field agents were dispatched to the location and discovered SCP-XXXX.
