Special Containment Procedures: Protecting the knowledge of SCP-[REDACTED] is an absolute priority. Despite the current containment procedures, any knowledge of SCP-[REDACTED] could result in a ZK End-Of-The-Universe Scenario. Any unauthorized personnel learning of SCP-[REDACTED] is to be terminated as soon as possible.

SCP-[REDACTED], as of now, is contained in a 10x10 metre cubic containment cell surrounded by 2 metres of Reinforced steel. There are to be no openable doors to SCP-[REDACTED]'s containment cell, and no lights or camera are to be installed at any time. The interior walls of SCP-[REDACTED]'s containment cell are to be laced with 2 layers of carbon nanotubes to prevent SCP-[REDACTED] from observing any objects.

In the centre of SCP-[REDACTED]'s containment cell is SCP-[REDACTED] locked in an air-tight steel lock in the shape of its current form (see below). The steel lock is to be suspended 1 metre off the ground with 4 iron chains coming from the end of each individual limb, and one coming from the head. The lock isn't to be removed at any time.

Description: SCP-[REDACTED] is an entity of unknown appearance, which possesses the ability to do whatever is thought of it by another person. (So, for example, if a person thinks of SCP-[REDACTED] shapeshifting into SCP-682, SCP-[REDACTED] can then shapeshift into SCP-682). Currently, SCP-[REDACTED] is taking the form of a gelatinous mass, composed of an unknown substance. It has been observed to transform into multiple different objects (See addendum-01).

SCP-[REDACTED] is capable of coherent speech and seems to be more intelligent than most humans, with an estimated IQ of 310. During the only test of SCP-[REDACTED], it seems to be incapable of doing anything it has not been thought of doing and can only use its ability if the subject is aware of SCP-[REDACTED]'s existence.

SCP-[REDACTED] must be destroyed as soon as possible. However, this cannot be possible for many years. Any testing on SCP-[REDACTED] is to be granted by a Unanimous vote by the O5 council.
