Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a locked box at Site-43. Level 3 clearance is required to handle SCP-XXXX. Only D-Class personnel with no history of drug use and/or addiction are permitted for testing of SCP-XXXX. If SCP-XXXX is not inside of its container Site-43 will be placed on lockdown until it is found.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a 5x7 sheet of LSD tabs. The tabs each have a purple background, with the heart eyes emoji on them but the left heart is grey while the other remains red. If any number of tabs are removed they will reaper back onto the sheet in 24 hours, if all the tabs are removed the SCP will materialize in a random spot inside Site-43.

When using SCP-XXXX the subjects usually experience hallucinations within 5 seconds of a purple-skinned, sexless humanoid figure with a spherical head with the likeness of the altered heart eyes emoji on the tab, the entity named SCP-XXXX-1 will begin to attack the subject, while the subject is being attacked witnesses have reported seeing the subject thrown around the room by an unknown force they also appear to be making motions as if they are being punched or kicked. Autopsies of SCP-XXXX-1’s victims reveal the cause of death to be an overdose of LSD but physical symptoms such as broken bones and bruising will appear on the victim in one hour.

Addendum
In an attempt to see if SCP-XXXX-1 could be replicated Class D Subject-████ was given two tabs from SCP-XXXX when the effects occurred he reported to see just one before he was thrown against a wall and killed almost instantly from an overdose. When the physical effects from SCP-XXXX-1’s assault started to appear it was shown that all the bones in the torso have been broken multiple times. This suggests that if the subject takes multiple tabs SCP-XXXX-1 will become much stronger in their hallucination.
