Special Containment Procedures: The suspect is to be kept in a six(6) by four(4) by two point five(2.5) meter room, which must be constructed of at least 60cm of reinforced concrete. The suspect must be contained behind doors locked with biometric procedures at all times. Containment breaches may be frequent, if said containemt breach happens the personell should do everything to limit the amount of damage done.
Description: How this SCP came to be is as of yet, unkown. The first time he appeared was in the cellar of a technical school in Austria. He was found by the janitor in the basement while he was chasing a few confused students. The foundation was notified and shortly after, the SCP was moved to Site-27. On Site-27, it was noticed that SCP-XXXX can remove damaged tissue by splitting it off. He can change his size and form at will. He demands to be called "The Administrator".

SCP-XXXX: (points at door) outside.
Dr. ██████: What's your name?
SCP-XXXX: (points at door) outside.
Dr. ██████: you can't leave. What's your name?
SCP-XXXX: outside when name?
Dr. ██████: Maybe, if you ask, who knows?
SCP-XXXX: I'm administrator. Can I go now?
