Special Containment Procedures: All personnel assigned to SCP-XXXX are to be given amnestics daily to avoid the anomaly from spreading. And anyone refusing to take the course of action must be terminated immediately. See incident XXXX-1.
The anomaly spreads very fast meaning the number of personnel assigned to it must be fewer than 4, these are to be properly trained experts with proper clearance so that they can avoid the spread as much as possible.
Attempts to test SCP-XXXX haven't been authorized by any of the council members and at the time of documentation, there are no known ways of testing the object.
Description: SCP-XXXX is an SCP article referring to an [REDACTED] entity that can edit the properties of its document. The entity acts as a Cognito hazard that forces all personnel assigned to the SCP to remove or edit specific parts of the document. All individuals associated with the document are usually terminated by anomalous means unless treated with amnestics.
SCP-XXXX has been said to have been around since 6000 b.C and is also said to predate humanity and life on earth.
The Egyptians referred to it as "Nature", this name was also known in other cultures with a slight variation, some called it "Nature given form" or "Nature given mind". It is also unknown if the entity has anything to do with the nature of life and nature in general despite all odds leading to it.
The Romans used to call the entity "cluster".
Discovery
SCP-XXXX has been discovered inside of the foundation when personnel assigned to certain anomalies related to the [DATA EXPUNGED] started editing their files, cutting out certain parts, and editing content.
Addendum-XXXX:
The O5 council has organized a meeting regarding the topics of SCP-XXXX at [DATA EXPUNGED]
O5-1: I've called you all here so that we could discuss this. I and O5-5 have gathered information on the subject matter.
O5-5: It seems as though the anomaly we're dealing with is some sort of infectious mental illness spreading all over the foundation.
O5-2: But is it sentient?
O5-8: Could it be related to any groups specifically?
O5-5: Yes, in fact, the entity is inside the foundation. It's omnipresent and os in all places that refer to it. We have no way of containing it, sadly.
O5-1: Guards are inside this chamber. Once this meeting ends, we will all take amnestics. Anyone who chooses not to do so will be terminated.
O5-1, fearing that the O5 council was infected in some way, decided to initiate protocol XXXX-Omega, resulting in the loss of [DATA EXPUNGED].

16:32 - Personnel assigned from SCP-XXXX refused to get their amnestics, choosing to lie at the fact that they took the necessary amnestics.
17:32 - Personnel from inside of the facility started becoming agitated and started forming groups and attacking personnel not infected whether assigned to the SCP or not.
18:36 - An MTF squad was sent to the facility to investigate.
19:00 - [DATA EXPUNGED]
19:25 - One of the MTF survived and was recovered. He refused to take amnestic treatment and was terminated.
