SCP-6660 is to be contained in a standard storage locker

Description:
SCP-6660 is a white cable .3 meters in length (.98 feet) with 1 (one) male USB in one end (Designated SCP-6660-alpha). No other end to the cable can be observed (see Addendum-A-1) (Designated SCP-6660-beta).

When SCP-6660-beta is within the proximity of 1 (one) meter of any smartphone device produced after January █ 20██ SCP-6660-beta will transform into a compatible charger for said smartphone (Designated SCP-6660-beta-1).
If SCP-6660-beta-1 is then inserted into the device and SCP-6660-alpha into any female USB port, the smartphone will install an app, called "Garlic bread" (Designated SCP-6660-1) (see Addendum-A-2).

Removing SCP-6660-beta or -alpha from their sockets at this point will have no effect. If SCP-6660-1 is now pressed a piece of garlic bread will appear ontop of the smartphone and exactly 1 (one) dollar and 50 (fifty) cent will be subtracted from the holder of the smartphones bank account or wallet, independent of the currency within.

If the holder of the smartphone doesen't own any currency, nothing will happen and the app will close.

Addendum-A-1: SCP-6660-beta appears to just… End. The eyes of personel trying to find the end explains "its like all of a sudden theres no more cabel. If you try to back its the opposite. Boom! Theres the cabel!

Addendum-A-2: SCP-6660-1 is a plain green background with a simplified picture of garlic bread in the center.
