Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4990 is to be kept anywhere dark but monitorable by staff in discretion. Bauhaus is to be played daily in order to keep it from boredom and thus becoming a general nuisance. In case of a runaway, nocturnal or otherwise, remain on-site, subject will return eventually, usually before dawn. When in distress, subject is to be exposed to any type of music containing electric guitars.
Description: SCP-4990 appears to be a human male dressed in Gothic attire around the age of 20. It refers to oneself as 'The Dark Lord' and has total control over a supernatural entity he refers to as 'Zauber' (German for Magic) It's powers are limitless, to an extent where it classifes as reality bender. The true nature of Zauber or even the Dark Lord himself are yet unknown, though SCP-4990 has been proven to be:
- Completely indestructible to the point of immunity to all other SCP's and their effects.
- Around the physical age of 20 for over two (2) decades.
- Able to conjure projectiles and bladed weapons out of thin air.
- Able to pass through walls.
- Able to read minds and control them.
- Able to turn transparent though clothes do not.
- A valueable asset in SCP termination.
- An excellent addition to research.
Personality: SCP-4990's behaviour is similar to any individual of it's subculture and age, sharing the same interests, activities and needs. On occasion SCP-4990 will run away from it's current residence to party, drink and sometimes fornicate with a human, regardless of gender. While left unmoved by images of gore and murder, it does comment on the unnecessary taking of lives and harm done. SCP-4990 has a romantic interest in Dr.████ ████████ and even defended her from SCP-4840 whom was promptly killed by evisceration.
SCP-4990 is known to be bipolar and hence should be handled with caution though it does not present a threat, prevention is key. It also demands to bathe in 'liquid four leaf clovers' made by SCP-294 in a 'granite bath made of 4840's stone because I still have beef with that asshole.'
Note: SCP-4990 has been known to flirt with certain men and most women between the age of 18-60 and has actively attempted to seduce them.

SCP-4990: I know, nice necklace you have there. Wouldn't it be a shame if anything happened to it?

Dr.████ ██████: You exhibit some rather unusual gifts, gifts attracting people such as myself.
SCP-4990: If you truly do intend to keep me here, you will fail. No matter how many guns you bring.
Dr.████ ██████: Gentlemen, guns away please, I think our guest is getting nervous.
SCP-4990: It's alright, if that makes them feel safer they can point a gun at me. (Subject inhales) As long as they're aware of the fact I could kill them at will and there's nothing they could do about it.
Dr.████ ██████: Do you have a name?
SCP-4990: I like to call myself, the Dark Lord.
Dr.████ ██████: Why the Dark Lord?
SCP-4990: Look at this. (Subject conjures a perfect sphere of black material, seemingly liquid in nature, a gunshot is heard.)
Dr.████ ██████: You idiot, get out of here and scramble a medical team! (MTF-1 proceeds to exit the confinement)
SCP-4990: I'm fine, the bullet pulverised on impact.
Dr.████ ██████: You're pretty indifferent to people shooting you.
SCP-4990: It's just pathetic, I can't be destroyed. Even 343 couldn't put an end to me, even if they wanted to
Dr.████ ██████: They?
SCP-4990: Scratch that, I'm not that good with pronouns.
MTF-2: Doctor, time's up.
**Dr. **████ ██████: Time? What kind of nonsense is this?
MTF-2: Just following what O5 says sir.
SCP-4990: Daddy's calling, could you maybe provide me with a more… Attractive woman next time?

Addendum 4990-2: Interview of SCP-4990 post incident 4990-1.

SCP-4990: Is that you doctor████ ██████ where did your fancy necklace go?
Dr.████ ████████: No he couldn't make it.
SCP-4990: He now? Heh.. Couldn't last long in that one could he? At least you've got a B in your name as well.
Dr.████ ████████: If he'd be less reckless, maybe he could, but we're straying from the subject.
SCP-4990: You're welcome for that one, what do you want to know?
Dr.████ ████████: How old are you really?
SCP-4990: Eternal, I was never born, you couldn't understand even if you wanted to.
Dr.████ ████████: What makes you think I'm not trying?
SCP-4990: ████ don't bullshit with me, we both know you wanted to interview 011 for yourself.
Dr.████ ████████: What the fuck, who told you that?
SCP-4990: You're talking to an indestructible entity who just casually walked outside the base to go party, didn't you expect mindreading to be one of my abilities?
Dr.████ ████████: I've had enough of this. (Stands up, subject barricades the door with it's body, multiple MTF's unsuccesfully attempt to breach the door.)
SCP-4990: I agree, perhaps a date is in order to talk about things? I know combining work and private is a no-go, but could you make an exception this once?
Dr.████ ████████: Are you joking?
SCP-4990: I'm sorry, reading your mind was rude, but I need to know wether we can work.
Dr.████ ████████: I seriously doubt it.
SCP-4990: How do you know, can you read my mind as well?
Dr.████ ████████: No but you're scary, it feels like you're trying to creep me out.
SCP-4990: I do like to tease my quarry a bit.
Dr.████ ████████: You're full of yourself aren't you?
SCP-4990: I call everything I don't have yet a quarry, and what I do get is usually a prize.
Dr.████ ████████: You just sound desperate like that.
SCP-4990: If I was desperate you wouldn't be talking right now, you'd be on that bed. (Subject points to it's bed) and I'd be on top of you.

Incident 4990-1
SCP-4990 passed through the wall of it's enclosure, non-lethally neutralising it's 2 MTF guards and walked the hallways wearing a lab coat before being recognised by Dr. ████ ██████. An MTF detachment of twelve (12) was sent in pursuit, sustaining four (4) fatal casualties by an unidentified spherical projectile. Escape was successful though three days later, SCP-4990 returned to it's enclosure in the facility, demanding multiple arrangements like a regular house, if required foundation agents to 'keep an eye on him' and a free pass to leave at any time. At the time of return SCP-4990 was drunk and had taken multiple narcotics, though blood tests revealed the absence of such substances. Certain conditions have been presented in exchange for SCP-4900 wishes, to which it agreed.
Incident 4990-2
SCP-4990 had as (reluctantly) arranged with Dr.████ ████████ gone on a date with her after which Dr. ████ ████████ indicated SCP-4990 to be a pleasant, albeit unsettling individual due to 'his' abilities being used to obtain flowers for appearently no financial compensation. The date itself, according to both had occured without incident, leading Dr.████ ████████ to believe it's possible for SCP-4990 whom she referred to as 'The Dark Lord' as it did to live a normal life outside of the facility if it wasn't for his inability to age.
Incident 4990-3 During a containment breach, Dr. ████ ████████ came under attack by SCP-4840, upon which seemingly out of thin air, came SCP-4990 eviscerating 4840 barehanded. This ability to destroy an SCP has classed SCP-4990 from Keter to Thaumiel, revealing it's usefulness against further uncontainable threats. As of 7/25/20██ SCP-4990 has been used to terminate multiple SCP's though it refuses to attempt destruction of 682. Note: This had initially been protested by mutliple staff members.
Side note to Dr.████ ████████: The only reason we let him leave is because he always comes back and we're NOT wasting more resources on retrieval parties only to have him walk in as they go. NOT so you have someone to date!! Dr.████ █████
