**Description:this beast is described with pointed ears, black fur that clenches up into little spikes, raccoon like paws, a long smooth body and also is said to resemble a small dog like creature with a arm+hand for a tale.

**Addendum: this creature was found at a beach in █████ on 7/10/██ dragging a victim into the ocean with its tale. the 5 agents that were there tranquilized SCP-5551 and took it under containment. thankfully tho there weren't a lot of people at the beach that day because it was raining so the 3 people that were at the zone were drudged with ███ . 1 week later after SCP-5551 was taken into the nearest SCP outpost SCP-5551 was put in its preferred habitat in the ████ SCP containment base. one agent was attaked on guard audio log}
