Special Containment Procedures: SCP-11613 is contained in a specialized sound-proof humanoid containment chamber in Research Sector-08 at Site-69.
SCP-11613 must not be let out of its containment chamber unless explicit orders of the Administrator are given.
During containment, SCP-11613 must not be exposed to sounds of up to 70dB or higher.
Strictly trained personnel must always enter SCP-11613's containment chamber for maintenance, always wearing advanced hearing protection and a respirator.
Description: SCP-11613 is a humanoid entity, roughly 1.7 meters in height. SCP-11613 bears the resemblance of an average, everyday ██████████ school teacher. SCP-11613 can seemingly change its clothes at will overnight, but, mostly, SCP-11613 wears purple jeans and a blue denim jacket over a black shirt, and black shoes.
SCP-11613 was first observed in the ██████ █████ elementary school in ██████, Croatia, but its true origin may be from the town of ████, Croatia, or the city of Split, the latter being a less popular theory.
SCP-11613 is generally a passive entity but its movement is seemingly random. SCP-11613 exhibits irrational hyperacusis and will become violent towards all other lifeforms if exposed to sounds of up to 70 dB or higher.
SCP-11613 emits high-frequency sound waves of up to 250 dB as long as exposed to sounds of up to 70dB or louder. If not properly protected, SCP-11613 can easily severely damage hearing or even deafen any lifeforms being attacked.
If at a range of 10 meters or more, SCP-11613 will throw large wooden triangles at lifeforms if exposed to 70dB or higher.
SCP-11613 displays high levels of cognitive function, and very high intelligence levels. SCP-11613 has been observed giving ████████ maths explanations.
Disturbingly, when given the correct substances, SCP-11613 can cook very fine samples of █████████ methamphetamine. This is why SCP-11613 is also commonly referred to as the "Walter White of the SCP Foundation"
SCP-11613's high cognitive functions are not yet explained but Dr. ████ and Dr. ███ are leading the research efforts as of █████ 2019.
Incident 11613-01: In ███ 2019, Dr. █████ attempted to confront SCP-11613 to research its cognitive ability. SCP-11613 misinterpreted this confrontation as an act of violence and seriously injured Dr. █████'s hearing. Since then, SCP-11613 has been assigned a new containment procedure. This incident also poked some holes into SCP-11613's high intelligence, as this result was not expected by Research Team-██.
