A drawing of SCP-XXXX made by an SCP-XXXX-1
Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX has not been contained due to it's anomalous properties.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a humanoid being approximately 2.2 meters in height according to artistic depictions and eyewitness accounts. The entity is white in coloration, except for the hands, feet and head. It has three (3) black claw like appendages on each foot. These claws measure 15 centimeters in length. The arms of the entity are 1.3 meters in length and the hands possess three (3) claw like appendages that measure 20 centimeters in length. A fourth (4th) appendage measuring 15 centimeters is also found on the hands of the entity and they are in a position similar to the thumbs on humans.
SCP-XXXX's head is in the shape of a long diamond and it possesses no facial features. The entity's head has a hole devoid of details, resembling a black "void" in the middle of it's "face". This "void" can be seen when viewing the entity from the front of it or behind it. This detail cannot be seen when viewing the entity from the side. Any human, especially an SCP-XXXX-1 will show heavy stress and is unable to move nor speak when viewing the "void" from the front of the entity. Viewing the "void" from behind of SCP-XXXX will cause a human to feel nauseous and fall unconscious after 30 seconds of viewing the "void" from the behind of the entity.
The limbs (hands, feet and head) of SCP-XXXX are black and have a small layer of an unknown substance covering them. Humans coming into contact with the substance seemingly [REDACTED], but more information is required to confirm this.
Humans under the influence of SCP-XXXX are to be referred to as SCP-XXXX-1 and are to be monitored and contained (if needed) in a 5 m x 4 m x 4 m containment cell that includes a toilet, bed and a table. They are also to be provided the calories and water needed to sustain the average human on a daily basis. These individuals have the urge to draw images of SCP-XXXX approximately 5 to 10 times a day. When contained, they are to be allowed a maximum of 10 sheets of paper and a minimum of one (1) pencil per day. When an SCP-XXXX-1 is denied access to drawing materials, they will experience severe anxiety and lack of sleep. Some subjects have been known to commit suicide after approximately two (2) days of not drawing SCP-XXXX. After an SCP-XXXX-1 has not made a single drawing of SCP-XXXX over the length of five (5) days, SCP-XXXX will manifest itself to the subjects location and it will [REDACTED] him or her. It is unknown if there can be more than one (1) manifestation of SCP-XXXX at a time, but until further notice, it is believed that only one (1) can exist at a time. After SCP-XXXX has [REDACTED] the subject, it will disappear. The foundation has tried to contain it █ times, but all efforts to contain the entity have failed. People not classified as SCP-XXXX-1 are ignored by the entity, unless they directly get in it's way or come into contact with it.
The longest living SCP-XXXX-1 was [REDACTED] and they survived 1█ years before committing suicide on 17/5/████. The cause of their suicide is not certain, but it is believed that it was due to the anxiety and stress caused by the thought SCP-XXXX over the 1█ year period.
The selection process for victims of SCP-XXXX is unknown, since it doesn't select a certain type of individual to influence, it is almost as if it chooses an SCP-XXXX-1 at random. The only individuals it cannot seem influence are blind people, but this is yet to be confirmed.
Addendum: It has been noted that ██/120 drawings made by SCP-XXXX-1 subjects in the past week and a half have had an alteration to SCP-XXXX. These new additions to the drawings include a black round spot in the center of the entity's chest and black veins spreading from this spot to the entity's legs, arms and neck. It is not known what this change in the drawing means, but we will monitor possible further alterations to the drawings and behavior of SCP-XXXX-1 subjects.
