Containment Procedures:
SCP-096 is to be secured in a secure vault under guard by no less than four (4) armed Security Personnel at all times. This room is to be 4x4 wide and five (5) inches thick, the room is to be made out of stainless steel. The containment chamber is to have pressure sensors covering all of it. In the event of a breach all non essential personnel are to evacuate immediately (Research Staff, Maintenance Crew etc.) the only personnel allowed on-site during SCP-096 breaches are Mobile Task Forces and Security. Any hole in SCP-096's containment chamber is to be reported to site command immediately, any personnel found viewing SCP-096's face whether directly or by photograph/video, regardless of Clearance Level, is to be terminated immediately, see addendum.
Description:
SCP-096 is a tall humanoid figure measuring approximately three (3) meters high. SCP-096 has elongated arms, hands and legs. SCP-096 is pale white in colour. SCP-096 is to be terminated as soon as possible following incident SCP-096-1-A. SCP-096 appears to have an intelligence level of being roughly human, often walking near the door to it's chamber. SCP-096 is normally docile, and found to be in a state of "depression", however upon viewing SCP-096's face it becomes increasingly irritated until it reaches a point of anger. During this state SCP-096 will cover it's face with it's hands before running towards however viewed it's face, hereafter referred to as SCP-096-1. SCP-096 will break through anything to reach whoever looked at it. SCP-096 has been documented to reach speeds of upwards of ninety (90) miles per hour, breaking through anything in the way. Once SCP-096 reaches SCP-096-1 it will rip them apart, often consuming the body. In most cases SCP-096 leaves no traces except for a "pool" of blood, there are no anomalous properties attributed to the blood. Any human that looks at SCP-096's face during a rage will be mutilated as well. Any human standing directly in front of SCP-096 will be thrown aside to reach SCP-096-1, if people are in different locations SCP-096 will create a duplicate of itself running at both people, if multiple people are in different locations it will create more, however upon consuming the subject the duplicate will vanish.
Five (5) Class Ds were put into a chamber built directly for testing SCP-096, the Class Ds were instructed to make a tower supported by the wall. SCP-096 was introduced into the chamber. The top Class D was instructed to view SCP-096's face. SCP-096 ran at the Class D "tower" and threw the bottom Class D at a wall, upon hitting the wall the Class D hit his stomach into the wall and broke two (2) ribs, later dying of internal blood loss.
Note: "Not sure what I expected from this. At least the other Class Ds only broke ankles and legs, except for the top Class D, poor fella." -Researcher Dr. Connors.
Addendum:
A Class D was ordered to look at SCP-096 upon doing so he was immediately terminated, SCP-096 stopped his rage and calmed down instantly. It appears SCP-096 does not want any subject to look at it. SCP-096 reacts to animals much the same way.
