Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a soundproof room that is thirty (30) by twenty (20) meters and all walls have 20mm thick titanium covering the outside of the room. There are eight ventilation shafts and two speakers, two vents on each wall and each speaker placed to be facing each other.
The ventilation shafts are small enough to dispose a good amount of methoxyflurane (Penthrane) if unusual activities appear, and are small enough for a containment breach to be impossible.
However, if the knock-out gas fails, MTF LIP-12 "Light Parabellum" are authorised to use elephant tranquilizers to deter any form of resistance to the gas.
Translators are to be present at all times since SCP-5000 cannot speak english.
Personnel who wish to interact with SCP-5000 must do so with written permission from four Level 4 and Level 5 staff members. Personnel are always required to enter with MTF LIP-12 only when SCP-5000's behavior is shifted to a safe level.
Description:
SCP-XXXX is a humanoid figure that is 185 cm in lenght and the arms are large for its size where each arm is measured at around 2 meters. The skin of SCP-5000 is fully black, and has been shown to absorb light, SCP-5000 is bald and the face is covered with a ballistic mask, below the lower part of the mask has a jaw with no teeth. The uniform of SCP-5000 appears to be a yugoslavian military outfit designated as M55 and inside one of the pockets is a picture of a butcher sitting next to his son.1
When SCP-XXXX opens its mouth, a small speaker appears, this only appears when SCP-XXXX needs to talk, or in some cases, emit a loud screeching sound that lasts up to ~10 minutes. Victims that are within 5 meters of SCP-XXXX will experience bleeding in their ears only to be deaf 3 minutes after. The damage is irreversible.
Communication is possible but it appears that SCP-XXXX can only speak bosnian.

During testing, SCP-XXXX removed it's mask to Dr.██████ only to show a face with no skin, Dr. ██████ passed out instantly and ended up in a coma only to die two days later due to brain damage
