Containment Procedures:
SCP-4413-1 is only to be handled by machinery, as contact with any sentient life forms will cause the effects of SCP-4413-1 to occur. SCP-4413-1 is to be kept in a 10 cm thick steel lock box of dimensions of 1.5 meters by 90 centimeters by 50 centimeters. The lock box must be in a bleak concrete room of 20 by 20 meters with 2 airlocks. No groups of more than 4 Class-D or 6 Scientists are allowed within the room at a time. Any people who have visited the room must do an in-depth psychological exam within an hour of exiting the containment room.
Description:
SCP-4413-1 is a meter long scythe with a 50 centimeter long curved Damascus steel blade at the end. The snath is made of oak wood, and towards where the blade and the snath meet, brambles wrap around, presumably binding the two components.

When within 20 meters of SCP-4413-1, test subjects are reported to be drawn towards it, hearing whispers. When within 5 meters of SCP-4414-1. After physical contact with SCP-4413-1, the victim will turn to a human sized statue of Santa Muerte, while all murdered contacts of the victim forming within 5 meters of SCP-4413-1 within 3 minutes. These entities have unidentified black matter replacing their missing body parts and filling their eye sockets. The flesh on their bodies is in similar condition to when they died. The SCPs are named SCP-4413-x with x being based on the order of their appearance. SCP-4413-xs have an innate desire to slay those that killed them. They don't seem to be sentient, and are not aware of any living things besides SCP-4413-1 and the other SCP-4413-xs until attacked. Once attacked, the SCP-4413-xs will attack their assailants and once they are dead, they will continue their revenge mission. After acquiring revenge, the SCP-4413-x will turn to ash. The SCP-4413-xs have super-strength and super-speed and are incredibly resilient, being able to move at 2 meters a second, pick up a fully armored MTF soldier in each arm and able to withstand having both arms and a head blown off.

When the statue is destroyed, the SCP-4413-xs turn to ash and the subject dies. SCP-4413-1 also reappears on the ground where the statue was located. The victim of SCP-4413-1 dies as well, being shattered as the statue.

Discovery: SCP-4413-1 was discovered in the outskirts of a small town in the Yucatan peninsula in Mexico. Dug up by a farmer, SCP-4413-2 and SCP-4413-3 appeared and headed towards the center of the town. The police happened upon SCP-4413-2 and began firing. The SCP killed all of the police, and soon a task force was dispatched to contain the SCPs. After an hour of combat and another victim of SCP-4413-1 after a task force member picked up the scythe, SCP-4413-1 was sent to an undisclosed containment facility
