Special Containment Procedures: SCP-0000 is to be contained at Site 903 in a 3 x 3 meter concrete cell with absolutely no visibility into the interior. The cell should have a single 1.98 x 0.69 meter completely opaque steel door that is a minimum of 76 mm thick, with a minimum of 3 electromechanical locks installed in the door.

2 Foundation security guards are to be stationed outside of the cell at all times to prevent any unauthorized personnel from entering the containment cell of 0000. Should any personnel either refuse all orders by the security guards and/or attempt to forcefully enter 0000's cell, said guards are to then terminate the personnel in question.

Should any testing be performed on SCP-0000, the amount of observers, whether they be Foundation researchers, Foundation security officers, D-Class, or any other personnel, should be kept at an absolute minimum, a number which is currently at the discretion of Site 903's Head Research Director. See Addendum SCP-0000-1 for more detailed testing procedures.

In the event that SCP-0000 escapes containment, MTF-Eta-10-F¹ "Bats out of Hell" are to be dispatched to take hold of SCP-0000's chair and take it back to it's containment cell, and all personnel on-site are to report to Site 903's Black Rooms for their respective classes (D-Class Personnel report to Black Room D, C-Class Personnel report to Black Room C, etc.), and are to stay there until SCP-0000 has been placed back into containment.

If any personnel are unable to make it to a Dark Room, they are to find a way to completely obscure their vision, at least enough so there is no physical way that they could observe SCP-0000. If any personnel sees SCP-0000, they are to under NO CIRCUMSTANCES lift SCP-0000's hood. Immediately after the sighting, personnel are to contact MTF Eta-10-F over radio, or, if the radio fails, by verbal means. Any personnel that sees SCP-0000 is to not break it's line of sight with SCP-0000 unless they find themselves physically unable to resist removing the hood over SCP-0000 any longer.

The members are former operatives of MTF-Eta-10 "See No Evil", and have undergone special training since their leave from MTF-Eta-10 to secure their effectiveness in containment of visual cognitohazards.
